Happy Sunday! There’s not a lot of new stuff to mention here to be honest. Between my new job, our kids, my husbands back problems and house work there’s not a lot going on. I’m exhausted to be honest, with work, our baby boy’s teething pains (which mostly seem to bother him during the night) and the normal mom wife stuff. I am trying to rest and take care of myself between running and managing everything, and I seem to be doing okay. A bit more sleep would be great though! LOL!
I’ve been reading and reviewing some great new books, and I bought myself a collectors item of the Marauders Map, through this online second-hand store. It was never opened and it’s just gorgeous. You can see a picture on my Instagram page.
So.. How are you guys doing?

Moms is synonymous with tired. Lol. It’s great you are taking care of yourself. The map is gorgeous
It sure is Kimberly. LOL! Happy reading.
Sleep is always a rarity for young mothers I am afraid! Now I hope your husband’s back will get better because hurting all the time is draining! Have a good week with more sleep 😉
Thank you Sophie.
I have never being as tired as I was with a toddler. Good luck!
I hear you.. sleep is rare at the moment. LOL!
Happy reading.
Sounds like a tiring week, Maureen. I hope the teething doesn’t last too long so you can get some more sleep! Hooray for at least finding some time to read. 🙂
Thanks Tanya. Luckily I always seem to find time to read. I probably should read though.. but I always feel more sane after reading. LOL!.
Happy reading.
Teething is the worst. You hate seeing them upset when they don’t understand what’s bothering them. My niece was teething really bad last month, but she’s happier now which is a relief, until the next tooth comes in. I hope your husband is doing a little better, back pain is awful. Hope things get a little easier for you all soon.
Nice new reads! Those are new to me ones but I hope you enjoy them all!
Here’s my StS
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower 🙂
Teething definitely is horrible. Especially since you just know there are many more coming. I’m glad your niece is doing better now. 😉
Happy reading.
My advice is to skip the housework and nap instead.
Wishing you a great reading week
That’s great advice. I’m trying to take your advice more 😉

It is good you still managing to take care of yourself with everything going on – I do pray things will get easier for you and your family soon though. 🙏 My week at work was still pretty tough, but I had my birthday to celebrate and a trip to the cinema to make up for it. 🥳 Take care and happy reading.
Thanks Jessica. And happy belated birthday. I’m glad your celebrations made up for the bad work week.

I was thinking my week was exhausting before I read yours! Hope you have a nice (and maybe calmer) next week 🙂

I have remembrances of being a new mom with a baby who had severe colic, it will get better. I’m glad you are resting when you can.
Thanks Carla. I’ll keep reminding myself it gets better 😉
Happy reading.
Some weeks are just a blur and you have to just be sure to take care of you. I hope this week is better.
