Rosie Belmont has been driving me wild for years. The good kind of wild. The bad kind of wild. But mostly the kind of wild that comes with wanting your best friend’s little sister and knowing you can’t have her.
After living in the city, she comes blasting back into Rose Hill like a storm. Beautiful, messy, and chaotic.
And one wide-eyed desperate plea for a job is all it takes for me to hire her.
Forbes may have labelled me the World’s Hottest Billionaire but all I care about is opening my new recording studio. Something that comes to a screeching halt when I end up face-to-face with a young girl who claims I’m her biological father.
Now I spend my days balancing business with parenting a sullen twelve-year-old all while trying desperately to keep my hands the hell off my best friend’s little sister.
I vow to keep Rosie at arm’s length. I try to stick to scowls and grumpy one-liners. But with her verbal sparring is merely foreplay—friction that turns to blistering heat.
I know damn well I shouldn’t cross that line.
But shouldn’t and can’t are two very different things.
And the only thing I truly can’t do is resist her.

If you’ve been following me for the last few years, you’ll know that I love Elsie Silver. I’ve been a part of her ARC team for a long time. Unfortunately, the ARC team stopped, but I was able to sign up for an ARC of her newest book ‘Wild Love’. And I was thrilled when I received the email, telling me I was approved for an ARC. So trust me, when ‘Wild Love’ arrived on my Kindle, I dropped everything and started reading immediately.

In ‘Wild Love’ we meet Ford Grant. Ford has just been named the World’s Hottest Billionaire, and he couldn’t care less. All he wants is to escape his fathers shadow, and open his new recording studio. And this seems to be working out for him. At least until Rosie Belmont moves back to the small town. Rosie is Ford’s, best-friends little sister, and they practically grew up together. Rosie hasn’t been back to town in almost ten years, and now she seems to be everywhere.

Rosie is the one girl, Ford never should have wanted. So he keeps his distance. But then life throws him another curve ball when a young girl comes to town telling Ford he is her father. Now Ford is juggling opening up his new studio, keeping his distance from the one girl he always wanted, and being a ‘dad’. Life is definitely complicated.

Rosie seemed to have it all worked out. She is working her dream job, living with her college boyfriend.. all should be good. But then something happens at work and Rosie realizes her life, is not what she wanted it to be. Soon after, she moves back to Rose Hill. The last thing she expected was to come face to face with Ford Grant. Ford has definitely grown up these last few years, and they start their banter the way they left it. Soon Rosie learns that she doesn’t miss anything about missing city life.

‘Wild Love’ was a read that kept me hooked right from the start. We get to read the book through both Rosie and Ford’s point of view and I soon loved both these characters so much. Ford and Rosie have known each other for years. And they always had these fun banters. To the outside world they seemed to hate each other. But Ford definitely doesn’t hate Rosie.

‘Wild Love’ was a great read. I completely fell in love with these new characters, and I loved the small town of Rose Hill. There honestly was nothing about this book I didn’t love and I devoured every single page. The romance and chemistry between these characters was wonderful and I swooned so much while reading this book. Those banters between Ford and Rosie where just epic.

My absolute favorite character was Ford. We definitely all need a Ford Grant is our lives. He was a dream!

“Are you single?
Yes. Are you?
I don’t know.
Next time you ask me that, make sure you are.”

Elise Silver definitely did another great job with ‘Wild Love’. I can easily say this book is going to be one of my favorite reads this year. If you’re looking for a great romance read, trust me.. Get yourself ‘Wild Love’.

About Elsie Silver

Elsie Silver is a Canadian author of sassy, sexy, small town romance who loves a good book boyfriend and the strong heroines who bring them to their knees. She lives just outside of Vancouver, British Columbia with her husband, son, and three dogs and has been voraciously reading romance books since before she was probably supposed to.

She loves cooking and trying new foods, traveling, and spending time with her boys–especially outdoors. Elsie has also become a big fan of her quiet five am mornings, which is when most of her writing happens. It’s during this time that she can sip a cup of hot coffee and dream up a fictional world full of romantic stories to share with her readers.
