This week
was pretty good reading wise. After months of feeling like I didn’t have enough
time for my books I now feel like I’ve definitely did have time to read. I
worked Monday till Wednesday, but in my 45 minute lunch break I did some
reading. And this is not something that is done all that much here. But I’m
feeling good about it and will try to keep doing it. And since on Wednesday,
the #HoHoHoRAT started, I stayed in bed a long time to read on Thursday. It was
the best morning, and I tried not to feel too bad about staying in bed so long.
LOL!

Thursday evening I had a goodbye- dinner for one of my colleagues. And on
Friday I spent the day at my mom’s place, cooking and watching movies. In the
evening my husband joined us, and we had a fun evening.

weekend, till Thursday I have to work again. But today, Saturday, my grandma is having her birthday party in
the evening. It should definitely be a fun night saying the family.

Books & Reading:
Like I
said, I had a good reading week. I tried to read as much as possible, slept
less to read longer and took my book with me to work (something I already did
for years, but I never had the time to read it). I finished two books so far
this book. Whoohoo!! 😀

This week was
Maureen’s Books Promotions first event, the Release Event of ‘After Lucas’ by Tudor Robins. Everything went pretty well, but on Monday our computer crashed because
of a bug/virus thingy. Out of nowhere a computerized voice started saying ‘Warning,
warning’. It was damn freaky and as a result it took some while to get
everything working again. So I managed to do the promotions for all my posts,
thank god for my iPhone, but working on my posts for next week and visiting all
of you guys didn’t work out as planned. Thankfully we now have a brand new
anti-virus program and I don’t seem to have lost to much stuff. So.. I hope to
be able to catch up with all of you this week.

Typical for a computer virus to strike at the very worst time. Glad all went ok for you though. I think I need to sleep less to read more too, I definitely need to do something as my reading time is way to limited right now. Enjoy your new books, I keep eying up A Winters Tale on NG, but haven't hit request yet.
Ow I know.. it was so frustrating! From all the weeks to get a virus.. this week was the worst timing ever! Blegh.. But in the end it worked out thankfully.
You should definitely hit that request button. I already read 'A Winters Tale' and it was amazing. I love that series! And you can read it as a standalone! 😉

Whaha… I think I would prefer mosquitos or ants etc. This virus made me feel so helpless.. For bugs we have sprays and I know how to deal with them! LOL!

It's definitely super frustrating. I could cry so frustrated did I feel. Horrible! Thankfully we got this virus scanner that cleared it all up.

There is nothing better than staying on bed till late reading. I miss doing that. Sorry about the virus – things like that always seem to happen when a person needs a computer the most.

Sounds like a lovely week! I could have come back home on Tuesday and read, read, read if I had known I didn't need to go to my 3:00 appointment. I have finished two books this week since starting HOHOHO, so I still feel OK. Your Harry Potter books are SO pretty!!
