week has flown by like crazy. It’s honestly starting to freak me out how fast
time is flying by! Does anyone feel the same? I mean, I haven’t even visited every
one of you for the last Sunday Post and here we are again. Sigh.. I hope you know
that I do plan to visit all of you, but well life..
On Tuesday
we had the final meeting of my Centering Pregnancy group. The official meetings
that is.. we still plan a lot of coffee dates during the week, which is awesome
but this was the final meeting with the midwives. It was so fun. We all had our
babies with us and it was just really a fun morning. For those of you who don’t
know what Centering Pregnancy is. “Centering Pregnancy is group prenatal care
bringing women due at the same time out of exam rooms and into a comfortable
group setting.” I’m really happy to have been able to join this group. It
definitely has been a blessing to be a part of this group and I hope that we’ll
be able to keep in touch.
On
Wednesday baby girl and I went to see my mom. We went to this big baby clothing
store and we bought a lot of cute stuff that where on sale. I even bough a
little bathing suit because we plan on starting baby swimming in December. I
can’t wait.
And today,
Friday, is the start of the HoHoHo Readathon! I’m so excited about this readathon,
especially since this year I’m finally able to really join since I’m still on
maternity leave. I have a lot of fun looking Christmas books ready to start reading.
O how I love Christmas.. Sigh..
Saturday
the husband and I are going out to dinner. Baby girl is staying with the
grandparents. It’s the second time I have to leave baby girl for a view hours.
I’m excited to go out to dinner, but I just can’t get used to not being with my
baby every single minute. But I have too.. only two weeks to go before I have
to get back to work!

Good luck with the HoHoHo readathon! I can't believe it's this time of year already. I totally know what you mean about time!
Hope you have a great week ahead.
Thanks Greg. I'm loving the readathon so far.
Happy Reading!
Good luck with the HoHoHo readathon, Maureen 🙂
I think that when you see your baby grow all the time, you are even more aware of how fast time is going… Nothing to do but get used to it, I guess. I was in groups like yours before and after my pregnancy as well, and I am actually still in touch with some women and children today – my oldest is 23 now. It’s precious!
Have a wonderful week ahead and happy reading.
Thanks Lexxie.
Yes.. I'm definitely even more aware of time since my baby girl was born. She is just growing so fast I'm afraid to go to sleep sometimes. LOL!!
Happy Reading!
It sounds like you're really having a lot of fun with your little one 🙂
I really am. She smiles a lot and has just started 'talking' to us.. Well.. babbling is more like it. LOL!! But every day is such a joy.
Happy Reading!
I hope you are having fun with your baby girl and I am happy for you. All the best on your readathon.
Gayathri @ Elgee Writes
Thank you Gayanthri.
Happy Reading!
The shopping date with your mum sounded fun! Hope you are enjoying your Christmas books, I'm loving mine! Have a good week, and make the most of your next 2 weeks before going back to work.
It really was fun. And I'm loving the Christmas books so far. I wish I could get a tree up already.. LOL!
Good luck with your #HoHoHoRAT. 😉 Happy Reading!
That centering group sounds like an amazing idea. *^-^*
Have fun on your date tonight! 🙂
Thanks Shannon. 😉
Happy Reading!
What a cool idea (the centering group)! Glad you are able to get to know these women. Good luck going back to work-My friends have always been a mess when their maternity leave ended!
It really was great. One of the best choices I made, joining that group.
Happy Reading!
Yeay for the HoHoHoRAT! I'm doing it too. 🙂
Enjoy your meal and time with your husband! It's hard when kids are so little and you can't bare to part from them but it get's easier and you've got to make time for just you too.
Thanks Nicci. I hope you're enjoying HoHoHoRAT as much as I'm doing. 😉
Happy Reading!
Good luck with the readathon. I couldn't take part. Just not enough time to do it. Have a great week.
Mary #SundayRoundup #44!
Thanks Mary! And I totally get it. This is the first year I've been able to really participate. I've been to busy most years.
Happy Reading!
I'm also doing HoHoHoRAT and need to balance it out another year with more mysteries or fantasy or something because what I have is mostly Contemporary Romance. That said, my favorite so far is Rocky Mountain Christmas Cowboy! I also really enjoyed Hidden by Zanetti and all the In Death books.
I'm using the tactic of visiting about 10 Sunday posts a day and it takes all week. It is weird visiting some on Saturday as some of the new posts are starting to show up. Have a great week!
Anne – Books of My Heart
I have only Contemporary Romance and Romance novels to read for the #HOHOHORAT but I definitely don't mind. Reading those books feels just like Christmas to me. I hope you're enjoying the readathon so far. 😉
Have a great week and happy reading!
