This week was one of those where I have no idea what I did every day. But.. the week has still past, so I probably did something.
Our laundry machine was broken for over a week, and finally got fixed this Tuesday. Let me tell you, a broken laundry machine with a toddler and a 6 week old baby is not easy. I ended up going to my mom to do the laundry two times this week. And I didn’t even do our own laundry. But now it’s fixed so I’ve been washing and folding every day. Lucky me. LOL!!
I spend a lot more time on Twitter this week than I have in a long time. I don’t know why, but I’ve been loving it. So if you want to follow me and chat there.. Here I am! 😀
I also did some blogging and reading. And managed to make a Bloglovin account. Now I only plan on finding me a better social media planner since Hootsuite, the one I use now, got a lot more expensive. Do you guys use one? I also like to fix my subscription email since it’s just looking wrong in my opinion. But I haven’t been able to yet.
So.. that’s probably it for this week. What have you guys been up to?

Maureen, I am glad you washing machine is all fixed – While washing is never fun, it is so annoying when you can’t and have to rely on others, especially with you having two little ones! As for me, I am currently in the middle of the schools’ two week break for Easter, so I am enjoying catching up with friends, family, books and reviews. Take care and happy reading in the coming week. 🙂
It was definitely not fun to have to got to my mom to do the laundry. But it did make me appreciate my laundry machine much more. I’ll never talk unkind about it again. LOL!!
That sounds like a very nice break. Enjoy your free time and happy reading,
Oh my goodness! What bad timing for your washing machine to suddenly pack up. I’m glad your mother was able to step in. My daughter was two and half when my son was born and I used terry nappies that needed to be washed. I always said that if the washing machine or tumble dryer broke, I’d leave home:)). I hope the coming week is a bit less fraught!
Yes, definitely the worst time ever. But I guess it will never be a good time for the laundry machine to be broken.
Ow yes.. if I wouldn’t be able to wash the nappies I would have gone away too. Forget responsibilities.. Bye bye!! LOL!
Have a great week and happy reading.
That sounds annoying to have a broken laundry machine, I am glad to hear it got fixed this week. I don’t really use a social media planner, I just use the native Facebook scheduling and Tweetdeck for twitter. I hope you have a good week!
Thanks Lola. It definitely made me appreciate the luxery of a washing machine. LOL!
Have a great week and happy reading.
That would be tough!!
Your books look great. Enjoy! (in between laundry loads! ) 🙂
Thanks Erin. 😀
Oh man…that made me think about what the heck would I do if our washer broke down? I think the only laundr-o-mat is over in Ash Flat! I’d have to load everything in the car and drive 20-ish minutes and hope there were free washers. Yikes. Please don’t ever break down, Mr. Washer!
LOL!! Yes, I’d definitely recommend treating your washing machine nicely. I really don’t want it to break ever again. Sigh..
It sounds to me like you did a lot. I can’t stand it when the washer, dryer or dishwasher or fridge or anything is not working. The “easiest” is the dishwasher and we just use paper plates. I like doing laundry though; I like the clean clothes. As opposed to dusting, I hate dusting.

No it was definitely very frustrating. I’m usually very structured.. so my whole rhythm was gone because I couldn’t do the laundry when I planned on doing it. Horrible! LOL
Have a great week and happy reading.
Yeah, you never think about how much you need a washer/dryer until it isn’t working. I am so glad that you were able to get it fixed. I hope that you have a great week and enjoy all of your new books.
So true. I’ll definitely appreciate it more now.
Have a great week and happy reading.
So glad your laundry machine is fixed! I need to figure out a social media planner as well. Hope all your home electronics and machines behave this week!
Thanks Victoria. I’m very glad too 😀
oh man, it would suck to not have a laundry machine working! Good thing your mom lives close enough to do it there….even if you didn’t end up doing your own lol
I don’t spend a lot of time on twitter. I probably should because that’s where it’s easiest to promote my blog but I just find it so draining lol
I hope your week has been great!
