She’s a badass musician and mechanic with no patience for overinflated egos. He’s a billionaire with no time for drama. Going head-to-head has never been so much fun...or so dirty.

In FALLING FOR MR. BAD...Sable Montgomery loves her single, do-as-she-pleases small-town life. She sees family often, spends her days working in her auto shop and many evenings playing at a local pub with her band, Surge. She has no desire to settle down or let any man tell her what to do. When Surge is offered what most people would consider the chance of a lifetime to tour with and open for Bad Intentions, the hottest rock band of the decade, her bandmates are all in, but she’s determined to walk away. Sable has no patience for glitz, glamour, or overinflated egos, and that includes the infuriatingly hot billionaire sent to wrangle her into submission.
Taking over as manager for his brother’s band wasn’t on business mogul Kane Bad’s agenda last year, much less negotiating with the stubborn and beautiful lead singer for Surge, but there’s nothing he won’t do for family. Including trying to stifle his desire for Sable. He needs to convince her to accept the contract, but he’d rather wrangle the sexy, headstrong, boot-wearing, tough-talking musician into his bed.
Loyalties are tested, lies are told, and greedy pleasures are satisfied. Are they just a chorus between chaotic verses, or will falling for Mr. Bad be Sable’s greatest love song?

Melissa Foster is one of those authors I never heard about before, but when I started reading her books I was hooked and knew I needed to read every single book out there written by her. So luckily enough I became a part of her ARC team a little while back and I’ve been slowly going through her books. And let me tell you, it’s been a blast. So when I received an ARC of ‘Falling For Mr. Bad’ I got super excited. I read this book as a standalone and it definitely worked fine.

In ‘Falling For Mr. Bad’ we read the story of Sable Montgomery a hardworking, small-town mechanic who enjoys singing and playing with her band at small festivals. The last thing Sable wants is to be famous and leave her beloved home-town. But when her band gets offered a once in a lifetime opportunity to go on tour with Bad Intentions, one of the hottest bands out there, she can’t decline. Especially not since her other band members are really excited about this opportunity. When the manager of Bad Intentions, arrives in town things seem to become even more troubling for Sable. From the moment Sable and Kane Bad meet, there is something between them. Attraction, yes, but above all they really don’t like each other and seem to get in a fight about everything.

‘Falling For Mr. Bad’ was a fun read that interested me right from the start. Both Sable and Kane come from big families, and they both care deeply. The chemistry between Sable and Kane was so fun and addicting to read. There where several moments between them that made me laugh, and a lot more moments that made me swoon. I love enemies-to-lovers stories and this one was definitely fun. The banters between these two where so entertaining and I could have easily continued reading about them for awhile.

Both Sable and Kane’s character where fun to get to know. Kane was in the beginning a bit to crude for my taste. But when Sable and Kane slowly got closer, his character lost some of it’s roughness and I loved that. Sable was a total bad-ass. I loved how strong and feisty she was. And how determined to always take care of the people she loved.

I read this book as a standalone, which definitely worked, but I did find at times that there was a lot of talk about other family members I didn’t know because I hadn’t read their books. There is enough of explanation that it didn’t bother me too much. But I can imagine this book being even more fun if read in order.

‘Falling For Mr. Bad’ was definitely a fun read I enjoyed from start to finish. It was fun, romantic and steamy. A perfect combo if you ask me.
