Blaine Wicked is used to women doing as he says in and out of the bedroom.

Blaine Wicked can spot trouble a mile away. As the eldest of five and raised in a Dark Knights biker family, he has always been a protector. Rescuing a stripper from a bad situation comes with the territory, regardless of the hell the mouthy, slightly awkward, and seriously hot leggy blonde gives him for it. She’s far too innocent to bend to his wicked ways, but the more he learns about her, the harder it is for him to walk away.

Forensic scientist Reese Wilder never imagined herself as the entertainment at a bachelor party, but she’d do anything to keep food on the table for her teenage sister. With their mess of a mother in rehab—Third time’s a charm, right?—Reese is stuck paying off their mother’s debt to a dealer and trying to make ends meet. Reese has had it rough, and she knows better than to rely on anyone for help, much less a pushy biker with piercing blue eyes who probably has dozens of women at his beck and call.

The more flames Reese throws, the more determined Blaine is to walk through them. The closer he gets, the hotter they burn—and the more curious she becomes. But Blaine Wicked has the power to torch Reese’s walls to embers, and with her sister’s well-being at stake, that’s a risk she can’t afford to take.

I’ve been reading Melissa Foster’s book for a few months now, and I must say I love her stories. So when I received an ARC of ‘His Wicked Ways’ I was so excited and couldn’t wait to start reading. Although this book is a part of a series, it can be read as a standalone. It was the first book in the series for me, and it definitely worked for me.

In ‘His Wicked Ways’ we read the story of Blaine and Reese. Blaine and Reese meet at a Bachelors party. They are two totally different worlds. Blaine is the oldest of five, part of a big Biker family and he doesn’t do feelings or girlfriends. He is surrounded by friends and family who love him and he would do anything for the people he loves. Reese grew up taking care of her little sister. She is drowning in bills she can’t pay, and her little sister seems to dislike her more every day. Reese has learned the hard way you can’t trust people. And when Blaine and Reese meet, Reese doesn’t trust him one bit. But from the moment Blaine sees Reese, all he wants to do is take care of her and make her life better.

‘His Wicked Ways’ was a read I absolutely loved from start till finish. From the moment I read about the two main characters Blaine and Reese I was hooked. Blaine was just so swoon-worthy. He had this big heart and protected Reese right from the start. He loves big and with all his heart. And I loved how he wanted to give Blaine and Reese the comfort of his big family, even if she wouldn’t have wanted him.

Reese’s character I really related to. She didn’t trust easy, and wanted to give her little sister a better life. She worked hard, but life wasn’t kind to her. And when she met Blaine, she didn’t trust him to have good motives. I loved how she stood up to Blaine, even though she felt attracted to him right from the start.

The romance in this book was amazing, but there was also a lot of humor that made me smile. And I loved the way Blaine was with his brothers and cousins. They where all a lot of fun!

Yes, Blaine was a bit controlling, but somehow I loved this about him. He did everything with the best intentions and I just loved their relationship.

I devoured ‘His Wicked Ways’ in two days, but could have easily read it in a sitting. It was so good! And I’m determined to read more books in this series for sure. ‘His Wicked Ways’ is definitely a book I’d recommend if you’re into romance.
