Declan
I’m destined to become the next CEO of my family’s media empire. The only problem? My grandfather’s inheritance clause. Fulfilling his dying wish of getting married and having an heir seemed impossible until my assistant volunteers for the job. Our marriage was supposed to be the perfect solution to my biggest problem. But the more we act in love for the public, the more unsure I feel about our contract. Caring about Iris was never part of the deal. Especially not when breaking her heart is inevitable.
Iris
My plan to marry Declan was simple in theory. Move in together. Throw a wedding. Have a baby. We set rules to prevent any kind of issues. Ones that were never meant to be broken, no matter how much Declan tempts me. But what happens when our fake relationship bleeds into our real one? Falling in love was never an option. At least not for me.

After reading ‘The Fine Print’ a few weeks ago, I knew I wanted to read the next book in the Dreamland Billionaires series. So I got myself the paperback of ‘Terms and Conditions’, and when the time came to pick a new read, I dived right into this one.

In ‘Terms and Conditions’ we read the story of Declan and Iris. Declan and Iris have been working together for three years. Declan is determined to become the next CEO of his family’s empire, and Iris is his assistant. Iris seems to be the only one that is able to stand up for Declan, and she is determined to help him achieve his goal. So when Declan needs someone to marry, to make sure he gets his inheritance, Iris steps up. It seems to be the perfect solution, but soon Iris finds out that being married to Declan isn’t as ‘easy’ as it’s supposed to be.

After loving ‘The Fine Print’, I was so curious to read the story of the angry and cold older brother Declan. And this story definitely didn’t disappoint. The story starts right away, and I found myself immediately hooked to the pages. Although I find the whole idea of needing to be married to get your inheritance kind of disturbing, it fitted this story and its characters very well.

The two main characters Declan and Iris couldn’t have been more different, and it was so fun to read the interactions between these two. Especially when they where in work mode. Iris seems to be the only person who is able to make Declan smile, but she doesn’t realize it. And the best parts for me in this book, where those moments when Declan tried to hide his true feelings about Iris.

The romance was wonderful, and the chemistry definitely amazing. I loved reading this book through both their point of views. Especially those chapters when we read about Declan. I loved how we get to read about how he sees Iris. Such a harsh, cold man.. But is that really the case?

And Iris was one tough woman. I loved her spirit and determination.

‘Terms and Conditions’ was definitely a very fun, romantic read I’d definitely recommend. And I can’t wait to read the last brothers story. Cal’s story is going to be so good! I just know it.
