This week has been a crazy busy week! You should have seen our home this morning. It was horrible and a big mess. I’m one of those ‘freaks’ who vacuums every single day.. Well not this week and it was terrible. But I fixed it this morning! LOL!

And do you know what the weird thing is? I can’t even tell you why is has been so busy. It just really was. I had to work Tuesday till Friday and although I had fun at work I also feel exhausted after four days of work. Probably because being a working mom is definitely challenging at times. Waking early, making sure you look decent, getting the little girl out of bed, making sure she is decent, getting her to eat and all that before it’s even 06.30 a.m. It has been a challenge this week. Probably because she is definitely finding out her own will at the moment.

At nights I’ve been busy arranging stuff for our little girls second birthday party on August 2nd. I have to work a lot next week including the weekend, so I thought it would be best for me to prepare some stuff early.

Book wise I have had a little tiny book slump. I’ve been reading a lot of three star reads, and although they are fun.. I’m in need of being swept away by my book. Hopefully this will happen this week.

Blogging wise I’ve been busy working on preparing Maureen’s Books Book Club. There are only 14 days to go before it starts and I’m super excited. (You can still sign up here if you like!)

I hope you guys are doing well!
