This week has both been great and definitely a little crazy. I was free from work this week, I celebrated my Five Year Blogiversary with lots of fun posts and giveaway’s and our house officially went up for sale. This last week definitely has flown by and I can’t really say I rested a lot this vacation but it was mostly a good one.
Unfortunately this week started with the shocking news of a possible terrorist attack in the city I work in. Three people were killed and multiple people were injured when a crazy person started shooting in a Tram in Utrecht. It was the first time a possible terrorist attack happened here, and our country was in shock. Horrible!
Like I said I celebrated my Five Year Blogiversary. Every day I had a fun post. Five of my favorite authors, and our very own Kimberly (Caffeinated Reviewer) helped me celebrated this little milestone with lots of fun Q&A’s, Guest Posts and giveaways! So make sure you visit these posts to enter the giveaways. There are still 7 giveaways going on so lots of chances to win!
I also joined the Love Letters Spreaders Launch Team for the upcoming book ‘A Love Letter Life’ by Jeremy and Audrey Roloff. This book is coming out on April 2nd, and if you join the launch team you get tons of cool freebies and you’ll get the first three chapters of the book to read right away. And let me tell you.. this is a book you must read. I’ve loved reading the first view chapters and I can’t wait to read more. It’s amazing!! If you’re interested you can join here or just press the photo of the book here on the right!
Our home is now officially on the market since this Friday. We already had a view potential buyers come to see the house too. I mean wow.. it’s been crazy keeping everything clean and leaving the house so the realtor could show it to the potential buyers. Since everything is going so fast we have also scheduled to visit a view new places. Let’s hope everything goes well!
I don’t know how.. but I also got some reading done this week. And today I plan on visiting you guys!!
I hope you’re all well! ?

I’m so sorry to hear about th attack! My heart goes out to those affected- how awful.
Good luck with showing your house! I hope it all works out quickly and well for you guys! 🙂
Take care this week!
Yes, it was really awful. It’s so sad to realise there are so many crazy people out there.
Have a great week Greg.
happy blogoversary! Five years now WOW!
Thanks Sophie. Crazy right?! LOL!
Congratulations on your fifth year blogoversary! That is wonderful!
Good luck with the selling of your home. It sounds like it may go fast.
Sixteen Ways to Defend a Walled City looks very interesting. I think I shall see if it is appearing around here in the US any time soon.
Thanks Deb. I still can’t believe it has been five years. Time sure does fly!
I am gonna definitely watch the Christmas movie, even though I keep complaining they are so bad and cheesy. And good luck selling your house Maureen.
LOL!! I know.. they are just too bad! But I can’t stop watching either!
So sorry about the attacks, it seems like no place is immune any more. Glad things are going well with perspective buyers and I hope you find a home soon. Happy Blogoversary!
So true unfortunately! We live in a strange world!
We live in a frightening world, with attacks happening more and more. Hang in there.
Good luck with the house sale…I remember how stressful it was, but then when the house sells, you get to start over with a new “canvas.”
Enjoy your week and your books, and thanks for visiting my blog.
It’s definitely stressful at times. Especially since I have to keep my house perfectly clean at all times at the moment. Which is kind of hard normally, but with a little baby girl even more. I’m hoping it sells fast. 😀
Yes the world is scary these days. The respect is lacking because so many of the rich or political folks are obviously criminals. There isn’t work to improve things just what can I grab for myself.
At least we have the weather improving and great books to read. I hope you do well with your house and moving plans.
Here is my Sunday Post
So true. We just have to keep believing good will always win. But it is hard!
Happy Reading!
My son told me about the attack. How awful.
Best of luck with selling your house. I hate moving but I love when I make a new nest:)
My Sunday Post
Thanks Laura. I’m hoping it sells soon 😉
My sympathies with your countrymen on such a tragedy. Our neighbors in New Zealand also suffered terribly from a terrorist attack recently.
On a brighter note, happy blogoversary!
Have a great reading week, and please stop by:)
Yes, it’s a scary and crazy world at times. We’ve heard about NZ here too. So horrible.
Happy Reading!
