Life:
This week
has been a crazy busy one. On Monday morning I finished my last nightshift. I
spend the day cleaning up our home and trying to get back in my normal rhythm. On
Tuesday my best girlfriend came by. We did some very necessary catching up, had
a nice homemade lunch and then we watched wedding pictures. She hadn’t seen
them all yet, and it was nice to finally be able to show them to her.

Wednesday
and Thursday I had to work again. Thursday after work I had a dinner date with
another girlfriend. We hadn’t seen each other in a view months so it was very
nice to catch up. We had dinner in this nice café/restaurant we’ve never been at before. The food was very tasty, and not very expensive and I’ll definitely be
going there again someday.

Friday was
another busy day at work. And this weekend, well… I had the weekend off but we were really understaffed so I’m working this weekend too. Not the
whole shift, only till 1 pm since I also have to work Monday and Tuesday. But
it will be a pretty long week. Working 7 days is just too much. But I’ll get
through it!

Books
& Blogging:
I didn’t
get a lot of reading time in this week. Between working, spending time with my
girlfriends, and spending some quality time with my husband, life has been
pretty damn busy. Blogging wise I did make some posts. But my Blog Ahead
Challenge isn’t going very well! Hopefully this week will be better.

Sounds like a pretty good week! And I keep seeing Little Fires Everywhere around, it looks like it might be a good one!
Have a super week!
I definitely can't wait to read Little Fires Everywhere. It sounds like a very good read.
Happy reading 😉
It's nice that you could catch up with friends! I don't know when I met mine the last time 😀 I hope you can do more reading next week 🙂
Whahaha.. I think it's definitely important to catch up with friends. Sometimes I won't see them for weeks, but I try to see them atleast once every 2 months.
Have a great week and happy reading!
It sounds like you had a good week even if it was busy! Little Fires Everywhere looks interesting – I hope you enjoy it! Have a great week 😀

My blogging ahead challenge has no progress yet either. I'm trying to read as much this weekend though. I hope you enjoy your new books this week and yay good luck with your new business. Have a wonderful week. 😁❤️
I hope you got your reading time Geybie. And thanks.. I really hope I can make this business work.

Snowflakes on Christmas Street looks delightful. Thanks for sharing…and I hope you enjoy Little Fires Everywhere as much as I did.

It does look great right?! I can't wait to start reading both. I've heard some great things about Little Fires Everywhere.

Congrats! Ugh, work sounds tiring. I hope you get a little time to read. Sounds like you had fun catching up with friends.
Thanks Kimberly. These past week has been pretty damn tiring! But thankfully I have the upcoming Friday and weekend off. I'm going to read soooo much!! I hope 😀
Have a great week and happy reading!

Sounds like a very busy week. But it's always fun to get together with friends and catch up!!! Snowflakes on Christmas Street looks like a great Christmas read. I'll have to check it out.
I can't wait to start reading some Christmas books! And when I saw Snowflakes on Christmas Street I just had to request it!
Have a great week and happy reading!
I wish my schedule aligned with my friends in such a way that we could have lunch together in the middle of the week. That must be nice to have that time to do that, or do something else you want! Those days do sound tiring, though. Some well deserved rest and relaxation is just what the doctor ordered. 🙂
It definitely has its perks being able to see friends during the week. I would love to be able to spend every weekend and holiday with my family though.
Thanks Charlie.. I'm definitely trying to relax a little at the moment. Have a great week and happy reading!
