Life:
This week was a busy one. I had to work six days, and on
my one free day I went to a symposium with one of my colleagues. I definitely
didn’t have a lot of ‘me’ time this week. But still this felt like a good week.
The only down part was that I have been standing in a traffic jam almost every
single night when I wanted to go home after work. So frustrating! I was really
thankful to have an audiobook with me.

I still managed to get some wedding planning done this
week. And tonight we’re are going to start with some new wedding planning stuff..
It’s a surprise so I can’t tell you guys what I’m doing! 😉 I’m so excited.

Books & Blogging:
Although I had to work a lot, I was still able to read at
least one hour every day. So that was definitely a good thing since I honestly
didn’t think I would be able too. I didn’t get a lot of sleep though.. but well
I figured I’ll sleep when I’m old. LOL!!

I was also able to get a view blog posts done. So.. Happy
me! Tomorrow, Monday, I have one free day and I’m going to make some blog posts
for the upcoming weeks. So far I’m managing this work, book blogging, reading,
wedding planning thing pretty good if I do say so myself.

I’ve also been thinking about some new things for my blog
in the new year. I think I have a fun feature in my head, but I will need to
work on it a little longer. But I’m thrilled to have at least an idea.

Time always seems to be a struggle with blogging! Sounds like you're juggling it all pretty well though. An hour a day is pretty good- my week wasn't so great for reading unfortunately, but maybe this week will be better.
Hope yours is a good one!
I was definitely happy with the reading an hour a day this week. I hope I can keep it up!! And I hope your reading will be better this week 😉
Have a great week Greg!
Yeah, books are definitely better than sleeping. I'm sorry you had to get through traffic jams at the end of your days last week – hopefully you won't have to deal with that next week.
Have a wonderful week ahead and happy reading.

I hope so to Lexxie. Traffic jams are the worst. Seriously hate them! But who doesn't right?!
Thanks for stopping by and happy reading!
Yep, you are juggling everything just fine. LOL It's funny how we use our free time from everyday stuff to get ahead on blogging. I'm going on five years now and still loving it!
My Sunday Post
Thanks Laura. I'm definitely trying!
Blogging really is a big part of my life and I love every minute of it!
Have a great week!
Sounds like you have a nice system going on to allow you fit everything in. And yay for audiobooks to make a commute a little more enjoyable. Enjoy the wedding planning and the blog planning!
Audiobooks really are big help during those long drives home. I wish I figured out sooner how fun audiobooks can be! 😀
Thanks for stopping by Trish and happy reading!
I am glad you got to read everyday despite how busy the week was. I am the same and will sacrifice sleep to read or listen! Although I take naps on the daily! LOL Have a wonderful week Maureen!
Naps sound like a great plan. I wish my boss would allow it 😉
Have a great week!
Traffic is so frustrating. One of the reasons I love audiobooks. Hope this week is great.
It really is. I can get so mad and frustrated from all those traffic jams. It's such a waste of time.
Thanks for stopping by! Happy Reading 😉
Yikes, six days working sounds rough, but I'm glad it was still a good week 🙂 It really does sound like you're doing a great job managing everything! You must have some impressive time management skills! Have a great week 🙂
Thanks Kristen. I'm really a crazy control freak. Sometimes it really comes in handy.. Especially if it gives me more time to do stuff. 😀
