Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to
share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and
things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog
for the week ahead.
I have been complaining about time going by way too fast
for a while now. But this week went by even faster than normal. It feels like
only yesterday when I was writing my Sunday Post for last week and now it’s
already time for the new Sunday post. Man.. Sometimes I really feel like I can’t
keep up.
new fitness routine every evening was booked with either going to the gym,
cleaning my house and catching up on some reading. I had an all-day course on
Tuesday, and Friday I had to do some serious shopping for my work trip to Milan
on Monday the 23rd. So in between all these busy days I tried to relax because
I’m feeling really stressed, without a good reason other than being busy as
usual. I even went to my boss Monday to ask if it would be possible to get two
days off because I felt so stressed. I think I’m a little overworked. Which
really sucks and is very hard to admit. But.. I think I will feel much better
after some relaxing time. So only three more day of work to go, then a three
day work trip to Milan (my first ever work trip :D:D) and then we’re of on our
way to Switzerland for our holiday. Not a bad couple of weeks to look forward
to at all!
And unfortunately I didn’t get as much done as in the first view days, so I didn’t
reach my goal. But at least I’ve got a view new ideas for future blogposts. And
tomorrow after work, I’m going to try and get some more posts ready to go. I’m
still happy with what I’ve done so far, so that’s a good thing.
and reviews received a good amount of views this week. So I’m super excited.
And how was your week? Did I miss any good book or blog
news?

Ok seriously, every Sunday I get weirded out because I always feel like it was *just* Sunday. Like, I feel like it was just yesterday that I was commenting on people's Sunday Posts lol. But it only happens on Sundays, which is weird. But anyway…
I was gonna say it sounds like you had a busy week but in a good, but not if you were stressed :-/ Some time to relax will probably help, and going to Milan sounds like it'll be awesome 🙂
Whaha.. Yeah it probably is a Sunday thing. 😉
Thanks Kristen. I'm really excited about Milan. It's my first work trip out of the country, and I'm a little scared.. but mostly excited.
Happy Reading 😉
It does feel like just yesterday we were writing last Sunday's post. This week went so fast for me too. You've been so busy! Hang in there. Your holiday will be here before you know it. Hopefully your business trip to Milan will even offer you a chance to relax a little as well.
I hope you have a great week, Maureen.
Thanks! I'm definitely trying to hang in there. Just three work days to go now!! 😀
Thanks for stopping by and Happy Reading! 😉
I must check out your discussion post Maureen cos that is something that interests me. It's great you had good viewing numbers.
And I'm envious about the idea of a trip to Milan. Sigh….
That would be awesome Deborah. Thank you.
I'm really excited about Milan. I've never been to Italy. And although I'll probably don't have a lot of time to visit and see things of the city.. It's still really cool!! 😀
Happy Reading!
I know what you mean about the time. lol it does seem to fly… hope your trip to Milan is at least somewhat relaxing and yay for Switzerland coming up! Sometimes you just need a break to recharge.
I've been looking at 27 Days to Midnight as the cover jumped out at me so I'll be curious to see your post. And Top 5 Cities sounds fun too. Nice review of Girl on the Train BTW- I had a little trouble getting through it (got bogged down in the middle) but I powered through and will definitely see the movie. 🙂 I agree w/ your review- the MC was hard to get into.
I'm definitely in need for a break. I'm counting down the days now! 😀
Thanks Greg. The Girl on the Train definitely was not what I expected, but still good enough to keep on going and in the end it was still pretty good.
Have a great week, and happy reading!
I'm with you. It certainly feels like time is just flying by. You sound like you have had a really busy week. You definitely deserve a couple of relaxing days! I hope you have a great trip to Milan and Switzerland! It sounds so wonderful, I'm a little jealous. 🙂
Happy reading and have a great week!
Thanks Nick. I'm still in complete awe to be going to Milan for work. It's pretty special too, since we nurses almost never get invited to stuff outside the country. I can't wait!! 😀
Thanks for stopping by and Happy Reading!
I agree! Time is moving too fast. It feels like yesterday when my son started preschool and this week is his last week! I'm so not ready for Kindergarten!!
Hope you enjoy Me Before You. It's really good 🙂
Here's my Sunday Post.
Ow boy.. it really does go by super fast. Before you know it, we are getting our Christmas decorations back out there. Whahaha.. Just kidding. But time really is going by way to fast.
Have a great week and Happy Reading!
I've heard good things about Me Before You. Maybe I should read it before the film comes out in theaters. I totally agree with time moving too fast. I can't believe we're already halfway through May! I'm not minding so much, because I want to be on vacation, but this makes me feel as my vacation time will be over in the blink of an eye. Sounds like you've got some really nice trips coming up. Enjoy!
I can't wait to start reading 'Me Before You'. I've heard so many great things about it. I feel like I'm missing out.
I really hope your vacation won't be over in a blink of an eye. LOL!! That would totally suck. 😉
Happy Reading!
Me Before You is such a great book. Looking forward to the movie. Time does go by so fast.
I really need to start reading that one. Time definitely flies.. It's Friday already!! :S
Happy Reading!
