This week has been pretty exciting for me. After working the weekend, I was free on Monday and Tuesday and spend the day with my little girl. We played a lot, went on a bicycle ride and just spend some mother daughter time together. It flew by way to fast.
On Wednesday I had to work again. On Thursday I had this interview at work, and I got some pretty exciting news.
When I got back home from work my husband surprised me with my early birthday (my birthday day is August 13th) present: an kitchen aid! I’m so excited about it! I’ve wanted one for as long as I could remember and now I have one. He also got me a pasta maker to put on the kitchen aid. It’s way to crazy, but I love it so much!
On Friday I had to work again. And this weekend we are spending time with our little family. I’ve been trying out my new kitchen aid, and we’ve been doing some cleaning in our home.
This week I’ve shared my Maureen’s Books Book Club sign up info. I can’t wait for August to come and to start my little book club. I hope you guys will check out my post. ?
I hope you guys are doing well and enjoying your reading.

Happy birthday! I can’t believe that you have the same birth date as my daughter (August 13) whose name is Heather MAUREEN. Weird, right?

Nice early birthday present! 🙂
Glad you got good news at work and I’ll check out your book club but I’m terrible at reading what I’m “supposed” to read so have never been very good with them…
You can always try with the book club.. No pressure. If it doesn’t work it can still be a fun place to chat about books. 😉
Fresh made pasta is the best! Enjoy the kitchen aid and happy reading.
It sure if. I’m trying it out tomorrow.
