Life:
Another
week has flown by and I’ve been really tired. I worked a lot and haven’t been
able to sleep as much as a human being probably should. LOL!! But I have a long
weekend off from work to fix that.

Other than
work there hasn’t been a lot going on. It’s definitely one of those weeks where
I wish I could work less and have more of life. But hopefully thinks will slow
down a little.

Books & Blogging:
Blogging wise
I’ve been trying to make some posts for November for the Blog Ahead Challenge.
It’s been going pretty good, not that I’ve got a lot of posts finished yet. But
I have the outlines for several posts ready and I feel pretty good about that.

My Maureen’s Books Promotions Celebration Party Giveaway ended this week. The winners has been notified. Thanks to everyone who joined me in the celebrations. I’m super excited about this new step in my blogger career.
I also
joined the #HoHoHo Read-A-Thon in November as a host, which is really exciting
and I can’t wait for it to be November!

Reading
wise I’ve been having some troubles. I can’t seem to concentrate on my reading
as much lately. Not for any particular reason. At least not a reason I’m aware
off. But I hope to catch some reading hours this Sunday.

Hope you have a nice relaxing weekend! The HoHoHo readathon is always fun- I'm looking forward to that one as well.
Breath of Fire looks like a lot of fun too.
Thanks Greg. So far this weekend is pretty damn good! Breath of Fire is definitely next on my TBR! 😀
Have a great week and happy reading!
I'm joining hoho readaton and blog ahead too but I haven't made any progress so far. I hope you have a wonderful reading week, Maureen. Good luck with the new business. ❤️
Glad to hear you've joined to! That's exciting. And no worries.. I'm not that far with Blog Ahead either. 😉
Have a great week and happy reading!
I have been there with lack of sleep. They say that you can't really ever catch up on what you've lost but as a woman who has slept long and late the last few weeks and now feels pretty good I would definitely disagree. Hope you get some shut eye soon.
Thanks Emma. I have definitely slept more this weekend than in the last week. And I'm feeling better already.
Have a great week and happy reading!
Oh yes, sleep is definitely very important. I hope you get more sleep next week? I've been having trouble falling asleep lately, not because of time, but just insomnia, I guess.
Thanks Evelina. So far I've been able to sleep a little more this weekend. I hope next week will be a little better too. Sorry to hear about your insomnia. That sounds hard!
Have a great week and happy reading!
I hate not getting enough sleep. If I can't get around 7 hours I'm a grump. And I wish constantly that I could slow down with work – but I need the money too, so it's a circle I just can't break.:D
Amanda Bouchet is one of my favorite authors and Breath of Heart was ONE epic ending of an amazing series!!!
I definitely hear you about the unbreakable circle! LOL!! Being a grown-up is pretty damn hard.
I can't wait to read this Amanda Bouchet book. I looooooved the first book!
Have a great week and happy reading!
I hope you are napping as I write this..lol. I am planning to listen to Bouchet's book. Have a good week, and thanks for the shout out about HoHoHoRAT
LOL! Thanks Kimberly. I definitely have been catching up on my sleep.
And you're welcome! I'm really excited about HoHoHoRAT!
Have a great week and happy reading!
Glad you joined the Ho Ho Readathon! I'm going to try to join that too!
Here’s my Sunday Post!
Ronyell @ Rabbit Ears Book Blog and join in this week’s Book Photo Sundays!
I hope you're able to join too! Should be really fun 😉
Have a great week and happy reading!
This is how I've been feeling ever since mid-September. I think my Plexus masks the tired. I literally sleep most of the weekend away. I hope you're able to catch up and recharge.
Blegh.. I don't know how you deal with that. I hate feeling so tired, and I just can't sleep that long anymore. I wake up early, and just can't get back to sleep. But I did manage to catch a little more sleep this weekend. So I'm feeling much better!
Have a great week and happy reading!
I've heard good things about Hailey Edwards and Amanda Bouchet. I hope you enjoy your new books!
I'm not getting much sleep lately either, but I'm no more tired than usual. I guess I've just adapted to it because I've been doing it for so long, and I'm used to restless sleep when I do get it because I have sleep apnea. Anyway, I hope you feel better soon.
I'm really excited about my new reads. They sound like great reads and I love those covers.
Glad to hear you don't feel more tired. I hate feeling tired. Blegh.. 🙂
Have a great week and happy reading!
Those look like great reads! I hope you are having a good week.
On the off chance that this is the manner by which sleep apnea impacts your health, you should search for treatment immediately.try soclean CPAP
