Another week has flown by. I’m so frustrated with how
fast times goes by at times. I had so many things I wanted to do this week. But I
didn’t even get to visit all the Sunday Posts last week. I’m so sorry guys. I
hope this week will be better. I do have Sunday morning free so I’m probably
going to visit as much of posts then. And I will try to visit more on Monday
since that’s my free day.

I had to work Monday till Thursday. On Tuesday I had a
meeting till 6 p.m. and on Thursday I had a course till 7 p.m. When I finally came
home on those nights (I hate traffic jams!!) I was tired and spend most hours
catching up with my man and making dinner. Yesterday (Friday) I had a free day,
so I went grocery shopping, cleaned a little, worked on my blog, read and
watched an episode of Bones (I’ve started watching it again from season 1. Love
that show!!). And that day went by so fast it was just scary.

This weekend I’m working the late shift. From 3.30 p.m.
till 11.30 p.m. I really don’t like working these shifts because they are
always really busy and I just don’t like not eating at home with my man. But
not everything can be fun, right.

I didn’t get to read as much as I wanted this week but I
still feel good about the time I did read. I finished one book and started
another, so not as bad as some weeks.

This week was also very busy blog wise. I received a lot
of emails about new books and tour opportunities so that’s really exciting. And
I finished writing three reviews.

I find that days off seem to fly by and work days seem to take their sweet time! (I think everyone has this problem). Haven't figured out why that is LOL. Glad it was a good blog week!
Love that bookish quote!
We definitely need to figure out why that happens.. Maybe we can stop it!! 😛
Thanks for stopping by Greg and have a great week too.
I find that the older I get the faster time flies. Maybe it will even out when I have less to do? Haha. I'll sleep when I'm dead! 🙂
LOL!! So true.. When we're old we can sleep all the time. 😀 I hope my grandma doesn't read this!
Thanks for stopping by 😉
Enjoy your new week. Hopefully you can read as much as you want…and watch more of Bones. That's a series I've been eyeing…I saw it in my Netflix queue again and was reminded of my plan.
I'm curious about The Hurricane. Thanks for visiting my blog.
Bones is amazing. I love that series so much. I haven't seen the last two seasons yet but I wanted to experience it again from the beginning.. So I'm almost half way season 1 now!
I can't wait to start reading 'The Hurricane'. It sounds like a great read.
Have a great week 😉
Ah, last week went by SO fast for me as well! I feel like I got nothing done! I'm even behind on all my blog posts. Sigh. Sunday is my day to write posts though, so hopefully I catch up. And I hope you get to relax/get what you want to get done tomorrow!
Have a great week!
Here is my Sunday Post
Molly @ Molly's Book Nook
I hope you were able to catch up on your posts Molly. Sunday definitely is a good day for writing posts. I always feel inspirational on that day.
Thanks for stopping by 😉
You're right! Sometimes days fly by way too fast! But at least you had a day to catch up a little! Enjoy your new books and have a great week! 😀
Here's my Weekly Recap!
That's definitely true Tracy.. I always feel much better after a day of catching up!!
Have a great week and happy reading 😉
On days off the time moves double speed..lol Don't be hard on yourself, it looks like you have been burning candles at both ends.
Thanks Kimberly. Not being too hard on myself is definitely something I need to get better at.
Have a great week 😉
Yikes those work hours seem tiring! But I love that book quote!
Well .. You get used to it. And I read that nurses in the US work 12 hour shifts so.. That's much harder I think. We work only 8 hours a day.. But we do work more days because of that. Sometimes 5 or 6.
Thanks for stopping by 😉
I've been feeling rather short on time too lately. And it seems like blogging is taking up more and more time?! Sorry about the night shifts and traffic jams though. I feel your pain about the traffic thing.
Yay for the new books and tour opportunities! Shiny new ARCs and review copies are always exciting, at least to me 😛
New ARCs are definitely a good thing. I'm sorry your blogging seems to taking up more and more time. I felt that way a couple weeks ago. Its better now.. But I just need more than 24 hours in a day! LOL
Happy reading 😉
I'm very slow at visiting Sunday Posts this week, so I feel you. I hope this week is going better for you. I took this week off from blogging and I still feel behind. It's been such a busy week though. I did manage to get three reviews written this morning. I hate starting a new book when I am behind in reviews. :-S Have a great rest of the week!
No worries. Time goes by way to fast.. I didn't even have time to make a Sunday post for today. But I'll be back next week.
I hope your week was good and that you managed to catch up. Thanks for stopping by! 😉
