Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
This week’s Top Ten Tuesday topic:
This week subject was 2023 Debut Books I’m Excited About.. Well, this is one of those things I’m just horrible at. I couldn’t figure out one book to put on that list. (Tomorrow I can probably name a few.) So I decided to just be a bit of a rebel and share books I’ve been wanting to read forever but still haven’t. Some of these books have been up on my TBR forever. With some I have even read and adored the previous books.. Somehow I still haven’t read these. Hopefully this year I will.
Which books have been on your TBR for a very long time?

Outlander falls into the forever list for me, too.
I sooo need to read that book 😀
Seems like almost everyone is reading a Colleen Hover novel now. 🙂 Makes me curious but I’ve never read anything by her.
Definitely. I’m seeing her name and books everywhere. 😀
Written in Red is so awesome!
I’ve been hearing many great things about that one.
I struggled with this week’s topic as well. I hope you enjoy reading each of these when you get the opportunity!

Thanks Pam.
I had to switch topics too as I couldn’t find any debuts this year that I was excited about…yet. Nice list here though! I loved ACOMAF, that one really changes up the course of things! And ooh Written in Red was also intense! Loved that series! Also adored JLA”s Storm and Fury!
Here’s my Tuesday Post
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower 🙂
I’m so excited to start reading Sarah Maas soon. I’m determined to make it happen this year 😀
I am awful with debut books too! I feel like I hardly hear about them in romance. I am not sure I will pick up most of these up to be honest, hyped books most of the time don’t work for me very well. However, I had a blast with Bride Test.
I’m glad to read I’m not the only one. I just couldn’t think of one single debut book 😀
I JUST read Throne of Glass. It’s a slow start, but I really loved it. I read all of ACOTAR last year and Mist & Fury is a top one.

That’s awesome! I definitely hope to read all of these you mentioned.
oh and I remember you mentioned wanting that series tracker, if you still want it, either email me or DM me and I can give you access to it or you can purchase the spreadsheet from Ali’s spreadsheet.
I’m emailing you right away! Thanks.
I’ve read and enjoyed Hoover and Hoang’s books on your list. I tried Thoughtless or a book related to it and I just couldn’t do the love triangle in it. I hope you get to read all of these soon.
I really don’t like love triangles at all either. Somehow this one has just been on my TBR list forever. Maybe that’s why I haven’t read it yet. 🙂
I hope you get around to reading them all soon!
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!
Thank you
I changed the topic this week too, I don’t have enough 2023 debuts on my radar yet to make a full list. Of these I’ve read Throne of Glass which I liked but it’s definitely the weakest book in the series. I’ve also read ACOMAF which I really enjoyed but still haven’t finished the final book in that series, A Court of Wings and Ruin.
My TTT: https://jjbookblog.wordpress.com/2023/02/07/top-ten-tuesday-406/
I’ve been hearing that ACOMAF is better. I’m excited to find out myself soon.
The Helen Hoang books are still a series I need to get around to. Loved the Others and Outlander series.
The one book I read by Helen Hoang was amazing.
My tbr is out of control. I do love the Outlander books, Written in Red, and The Bride Test. I hope that you get a chance to read all of these!
Yep.. Every year that TBR is getting bigger. LOL!
I’ve read OUTLANDER, but that’s it from your list. I hope you enjoy all these when you get to them!
Happy TTT!

Thank you Susan.
We pretty much went with the same topic, Maureen! 🙂 And I love seeing so many of my favorites up there! You have some really excellent reads to look forward to! Storm and Fury, A Court of Mist and Fury, It Ends With US, Ugly Love, Outlander, and Written in Red,,, I loved each of them!
I can’t wait to read them. And I love that we read the same books 😀
