This is
definitely another hard one for me. I love cooking and I try out a lot of
recipes. Some are very successful and others aren’t. So there are many recipes
out there I really love. But if I have
to choose, there is one recipe I tried out a view years back and that I’ve been
making several times since then. Not only because I wanted too, but also on
request. So it must have been pretty good right?

recipe is the ‘Beef Wellington’ recipe by Gordon Ramsay. My husband and I were
watching a season of Hell’s Kitchen and we saw a lot of those beautiful Beef Wellington’s
being made. So I decided to try and make it myself. And it worked. I’ve made it
for holiday’s and birthdays. It’s definitely a very tasty recipe.
