Growing up I loved fairy tales, and I still do. That’s one of the reasons why I have a tattoo with Once Upon A Time on my back. I love being swept away by fairy tales. I love that in fairytales every story has a happy end. Not really realistic maybe, but it has always made me feel hopeful. Hopeful that things will work out in the end, the road may not be easy.. but it will be okay.
When I was younger I watched, probably like everyone of my age, a lot the Disney fairytales. And my favorite fairy tale would definitely have to be ‘Beauty and the Beast’. And after that Thumbelina! I just love those fairy tales, even now! But there are many more fairy tales I loved.. Peter Pan, Cinderella, The Little Mermaid, Rapunzel, Sleeping Beauty and many more. I still watch them on tv and read them whenever I can. There’s just something magical about fairy tales.

Beauty and the Beast is always a good one, but Thumbelina was never one of my favorites though.
I just adore Beauty and the Beast. It's an amazing story. And I love watching those movies. They always make me feel better.

Thumbelina is definitely underrated. I loved that one. But Beauty and the Beast is just my go to fairytale.

I love them both! I have them on DVD and pulled out all my Disney movies and watched them last Christmas. I picked The Little Mermaid today.
They are both great right?! The Little Mermaid is great to. I loooved watching that one as a kid. Sigh.. I definitely need time to watch these movies again soon. 😀
