Life:
This week was thankfully a lot less stressful and busy as
the last one. I still had to work a lot, but somehow I felt like I was totally
in control of my time and I was able to plan more. This also means I don’t have
a lot of new stuff to tell you guys but this week was much better.
the last one. I still had to work a lot, but somehow I felt like I was totally
in control of my time and I was able to plan more. This also means I don’t have
a lot of new stuff to tell you guys but this week was much better.
Luckily for me I had another free weekend. On Friday my boyfriend and I went out to dinner. We went for Sushi and it was really good. A perfect way to start the weekend.
On Saturday
my mom and I went to another wedding event. This one was even better than the
last one. There were a lot of stands to see and we really got some great new
ideas for the wedding. Before we got engaged I never thought there would be so
many different things to consider. Sigh.. But my mom and I had a great time.

Books & Blogging:
Reading and blogging wise I’ve been doing good this week.
I’ve been able to read for at least two hours every night and I also had some
time to do some blogging at night after dinner. On Monday I even spend six
hours working on my blog and preparing posts. I hope I can keep this up the
upcoming weeks. My new work schedule came out this week, for the month of
November and December, and I pretty much have to work the whole month of
November. So I’ll try to do as much as possible in these view week before November starts.

Maureen is a mom, wife, nurse, and Ravenclaw living in the Netherlands. She spends her days juggling mom-life, reading, blogging, planning date nights with her husband and working as a nurse. WOW, that's tough for November work wise, Maureen! I have so much admiration for nurses, I can't even begin to tell you. You make someone's day brighter and better, when they are not feeling well and can't even be in their own bed. You help heal them and I'm sure you do so with smiles and encouragements.
Your new books this week look great, I hope you'll enjoy them all 🙂
Wedding planning sounds both like fun, and like quite a bit of work.
Have a wonderful week ahead and happy reading.

Most days I do so with a smile.. Not always though! Especially not during the nightshift! LOL!!
Thanks for stopping by Lexxie!
Glad this was a good week, and free weekends are always good too! Hopefully November's not too bad, sounds like you'll be busy. But time to blog ahead is always nice. Hope your reads are good this week!
I hope so too.. I really hope I can get to do everything I want to in November.. and not only work!
Have a great week and happy reading!
Glad to hear this week was less stressful and busy for you! I like sushi, especially the egg and tofu sushi are my favorites. I hope you had a great dinner! That Christmas book you got looks like a nice read! I hope you'll have a great week!
The dinner really was great. I really love all kinds of sushi. Especially the California rolls!! Yum..
Thanks for stopping by and happy reading!
Ooh, The Silent Children caught my interest.
Your free weekend sounds fun…we all need those now and then. Enjoy the new week, and thanks for sharing. Here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES
I'm really curious about The Silend Children. It sounds like a good one.
Thanks for stopping by and happy reading! 😉
Ugh,that schedule! You must work in retail. Stay rested so you don't end up ill. Wedding planning is fun, but yes it can get overwhelming. Have a wonderful week!
Yes.. Life as a nurse is definitely hardwork sometimes!
Have a great week 😉
The Silent Children looks interesting Maureen! I'm glad you were able to control your time better this past week and enjoyed the wedding event, but hope you don't feel TOO overwhelmed with the planning.
I've never gotten married but have been bridesmaid a few times and so often the bride's tried to do too much and gotten stressed in the lead up.
Weddingplanning is definitely overwhelming. I'm really afraid I'll be to stressed in the last view weeks before the wedding. So that's why I'm trying to do the things I can now and maybe prevent that from happening.
Have a great week Deborah! 😉
I'm participating in the Attack of the 14 Nights of Halloween Giveaway hop also! I'm so glad to have found it! Happy reading and have a great week! 😀
It sure is an awesome hop! 😉
Thanks for stopping by!
