Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to
share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and
things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog
for the week ahead.
This week it was back to work for me. After three weeks,
it had definitely been a long time since I had been at work and I was looking
forward to getting back in my ‘normal’ routine. Funny, how fast you get back in
to the working-life rhythm.
busy checking out things for our future wedding. I love checking out all those Pinterest,
Instagram, Facebook and wedding sites pictures. There is just so much
inspiration everywhere. Love it!!
Thursday I got a pretty productive day with scheduling posts for the upcoming
weeks and writing some reviews I still needed to write after my vacation. I
also started in a new book, and although I would have liked to have read more..
I’m still pretty happy with my progress since it definitely takes some energy
to get back to work and look for wedding stuff. Next week will probably be a
better reading week for me!

Good luck with your Wednesday feature! And don't give up too soon- I know from experience that sometimes features we really like don't get a lot of views, and often people don't know about them. Hopefully this will bring some visibility to it if Sunday Posters see it.
Have a great week. 🙂
Thanks Greg. I'll definitely won't give up yet. 😉
Have a great week and happy reading!
It's funny isn't it, how it can feel so strange returning to work after a break, but within an hour or two it's like you never left!!!
It definitely is. You look forward to your vacation for a long time.. and then before you know it.. You're working again and look forward to the next free day. LOL!! Life is funny!
Have a great week! 😉
Ah, wedding planning. I was absolutely obsessed with Pinterest when I was planning ours. xD It's addicting! Also, glad you were still able to stay productive with your blog! I feel like I've been falling behind. Whoops. Hope you have a great week.
Here is my Sunday Post
Molly @ Molly's Book Nook
I totally agree… Pinterest is addicting. But so is Etsy and Aliexpress etc. LOL!!
Thanks for stopping by and happy reading! 😉
I have a feature similar to your Wednesday feature (though I do mine about once a month) and it definitely didn't get as many views as my other posts (I added a giveaway this time so it is my most viewed post–figures!). But I wouldn't focus on views. If you have fun writing it, keep on keeping on!
I hope you enjoyed Me Before You because I finished it this week and I am OBSESSED with it (both the book and the movie).
Have a great week!
My Sunday Post!
I'm definitely starting to realize I shouldn't look at those views so much. It will make things much easier for me.
Me Before You was amazing.. I'm going to see the movie tomorrow. Can't wait!
Have a great week and happy reading 😉
It is funny how quickly we get back into routine after a vacation. 3 weeks is definitely a long time but I bet it felt good to get back to normal. Good luck with the wedding stuff buying and the planning! There's so much to do. Have a great week!
It definitely felt good to be back. Especially since it was so fun to show everyone my engagement ring etc.
Thanks.. There's definitely a lot to get done.
Have a great week and happy reading 😉
Congratulations on the wedding. Here's hoping you manage to find some reading time among all the preparations.
My Sunday Summary
Thanks. That's definitely my goal. 😉
Have a great week and happy reading!
Love that quote! And I've seen you pinning wedding stuff on pinterest, it must be so exciting! I wish that had been around when I got married as it's great for ideas.
LOL!! Pinterest is definitely exciting.. and soooow addicting!! I can't stop looking! Haha.
Have a great week and happy reading 😉
Haha people always joke about having pinboards for weddings even when they're not engaged, but I've never thought about how seriously helpful it really must be when someone is actually planning a wedding! That's gotta be exciting for you 🙂
It's definitely very helpful! Especially since I really don't know much about weddings. And since I'm getting married in less than a year.. I definitely need some info. LOL!!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great week! 😉
Wedding planning can be so much fun. 🙂 I am glad you had a good blogging week. I did too, surprisingly. I am not terribly ahead, but I did some planning and got some skeleton posts in to make things easier down the road. Now to keep up the momentum so I don't fall behind! I hope you have a great week, Maureen!
