Sometimes when perfect fall apart, a little trouble fixes everything….

Twenty-one-year-old Kayla Turner has lost everything. After spending most of
her life taking care of her ailing mother, she just wants to spot a glimmer of
light at the end of the tunnel. So when her late father-a man she barely
knew-leaves her an inheritance, she finally breathes a sigh of relief . . .
until she learns the inheritance comes with strings. Strings in the form of
handsome playboy Daren Ackwood, her father’s protege. To see any of her
inheritance, she’s forced to team up with him. From his expensive car to those
sexy dimples, Kayla’s seen his type before. But Daren isn’t who he seems to be
. . .
Struggling to make amends for his family’s mistakes, Daren has a life more
Oliver Twist than Richie Rich these days. He’s beyond grateful that James
Turner included him in his will, but working with Turner’s princess of a
daughter to fulfill his cryptic last wish is making Daren wonder if being broke
is really so bad. Still, she’s just as beautiful as she is stubborn, and the
more time he spends with Kayla, the less it feels right being without her. Soon
Daren and Kayla begin to wonder if maybe the best gift Kayla’s dad could have
left them . . . was each other.

My Review:

A view weeks ago I read ‘Best Kind of Broken’, the first
book in the Finding Fate series. I seriously loved that book, and just couldn’t
put it down. So when I had the opportunity to read ‘Perfect Kind of Trouble’,
book two in the Finding Fate series, I started reading as fast as possible.
In ‘Perfect Kind of Trouble’ we meet Kayla Turner, a
twenty year old girl who just lost everything she has. An orphan and homeless,
she is desperate to find some light at the end of the tunnel. So when Kayla
receives the message that her deceased father, who she barely knew, left her an
inheritance, she finally sees an end to her misery. But what she didn’t knew
was that she had a job to do before she could have the inheritance.
Daren Ackwood seems to be an arrogant, rich and privileged
guy was has everything he wants in the palm of his hands. But nothing is the
way it seems. When Daren hears that the guy he loved as a father has left him
an inheritance, he is thrilled. But what Daren didn’t expect was to be forced
to work with Kayla. If Kayla and Daren don’t find a way to work together, the
inheritance will never be claimed.
The books I love the most, are books who grab and interest
me from the very first page. The books I’ve read by Chelsea Fine, are exactly
like that. From the moment I read about Kayla Turner and Daren Ackwood I was
just hooked. This book is not only very funny, it’s also romantic and tragic.
While reading this book I definitely teared up at times. It’s just a beautiful
story, and above all very original. Two twenty year olds working together to
claim an inheritance? I hadn’t heard about something like this before.
The characters in ‘Perfect Kind of Trouble’ are really
interesting to read about. I immediately felt a connection to Kayla Turner. Not
because she was broke or beautiful, but because she was this kind and
passionate girl who worked hard to get a better life.
Daren was also a character I really liked. Although he
talks like an arrogant and rich guy, you can see right through his act that he
really is a kind person.
I loved reading about the Kayla and Daren. Especially the
way the slowly got to know each other better. There is a lot of passion between
the two of them, and Chelsea Fine really made you feel the connection they
shared. Not only that I love the romance in this book, I especially loved the
underlying story in this book. This is definitely a book I won’t forget in a
while.
I really recommend Chelsea Fine’s Finding Fate series.
The characters are very memorable and I can’t wait to read the third book in
the series.
