I’ve been reading J. Saman’s books for a year and a half now and I’m completely hooked. I love her writing and I’ve been lucky enough to have received ARC’s of her latest books. And when I received the ARC of ‘Irresistibly Wild’ I was so excited I started reading right away.

In ‘Irresistibly Wild’ we read the story of Callan and Layla. From the moment Callan meets Layla he is drawn to her. So saving her from a jerk in a bar is no trouble at all. Saving her, soon becomes more and they end up spending the night together. But then Layla disappears on him. The last thing Callan expected is to see Layla standing in his classroom the next day. And although they have some amazing chemistry, they have to stay away from each other.

When Callan’s life gets a lot more complicated when his young niece comes to life with him, it should make keeping his distance from Layla easier. But he soon learns that he needs Layla’s help. Even if it makes things a lot more complicated for the both of them. All they need to do is keep their distance from each other, while living together to take care of his niece. Easy right?!

From the moment I started reading ‘Irresistibly Wild’ I was hooked. The two main characters where some of my favorite characters I read about lately. I loved them. Callan was just so good. Sure he was handsome, and a great doctor.. but he was above all a very good guy and I totally loved him. He was one of those characters that really made me swoon.

And then there is ‘wild’ Layla. She was fun, hardworking and charming and definitely a bit wild. I loved how she enchanted Callan right from the start. The poor guy didn’t stand a chance and I loved it. She was younger than Callan, but they fitted perfectly and the chemistry between them was just amazing.

In case you didn’t realize.. I loved ‘Irresistibly Wild’ and I can’t wait to read the next book in the series. Next to a great new story, I also love reading a little about the side characters we got to meet in the previous books.
