Since I’m
pregnant I’ve been thinking a lot about children’s books. As a book lover
myself, I want our baby girl to grow up surrounded by beautiful books and
stories. I for one can’t wait to start reading to her.
As a child
myself, I loved reading and listening to stories. There are so many great books
out there. So picking only one favorite children’s book is pretty hard. So I decided
I’d just go with a favorite children’s books author. Not easy, but definitely a
little easier.
favorite children’s books are definitely the books by Roald Dahl. I just loved his
stories when I was younger. Mathilda, The BFG, The Witches and James and the Giant
Peach.. I loved reading these books and I couldn’t get enough of them when I
was growing up. I sure hope our baby girl will love his stories just as much.

I think I've only read two or three of Dahl's books, and those aeons ago 😅
It's been a while for me too. But I read them lots of times when I was younger and I still remember every single story.

The Roald Dahl books are great! We are reading them to/with the kids.

I haven't read any of Dahl's books but my children have.
Those books are so good. Great children books if you ask me. 🙂
