my mom I grew up visiting museums and appreciating art. My mom loves everything
about art. She has done several history of art classes, and although I’m not as
crazy about art as she is, I do love visiting museums. And over the years I’ve
visited many museums. But I definitely have one favorite: The British Museum in
London.
When my husband
and I visited London for the first time in May of 2015 one of the things I
really wanted to do was visit the British Museum. Not only because I heard from
my mom how amazing it was, but also because I really wanted to see the
Sunflowers by Van Gogh and I wanted to visit this beautiful looking building.
And when I did visit the British Museum I was completely in awe. It’s such a gorgeous
museum. The art is amazing and the building just feels magical.. I loved it.
that the British Museum is free for visitors. Not that I don’t want to pay for
it, I even made sure I bought some souvenirs to make up for that part, but just
the way this gives everyone the opportunity to look at all those pretty pieces
of art. I definitely think more museums should be like that.

Oh glad to hear that the museums there are free. It’s not free here. At least some of them. Yep, I never mind it though. They need the money for maintenance. Anyway, glad to hear you had a wonderful time there. 😁❤️
Paying for a museum is definitely something I don't mind. But I love the way it opens the door for people who arent's so lucky and who don't have a lot of money.

I think this is the museum that the MC visited in A Love That Never Tires. I can't remember, but I thought the descriptions of the art were great details to include. That's so cool that this museum is free!! I just kind of absorb everything when I go to a museum.
