I love summer
time, but winter is definitely my favorite season. But fall also has its
charms. Here in the Netherlands, we seem to forget that sometimes. Why? Fall
brings a lot of rain with it. And I really don’t like rain. Sometimes it seems
to rain weeks in a row. Everything gets muddy, and grey and the temperatures
drop. Blegh..

But what I
do love about fall are all those beautiful colors out there. The different
orange colors, those pumpkins. It definitely looks very pretty. We don’t
celebrate Halloween here, but I always try to decorate our home a little with
some Halloween stuff and pumpkins. And I love that.

Another great
thing about fall is definitely the candles. When it’s fall I get all our
candles back into the living room. It’s just so cozy. Especially when you’re
sitting on the couch with your cup of tea and a nice blanket.

Fall is very cozy! It's definitely my favorite season. I'm not built for this horrid humidity where I live… nor am I really built for bitter cold winters (which we also get here). Fall is the right medium. 🙂
Fall can definitely feel cozy Shannon. But here it mostly rains a lot! My favorite thing are all those beautifull colors though.

Fall colors are pretty at least in the beginning, then by November it's just all kind of brown.

Yes, fall is the season most of my candles are lit! I love lighting candles, although Cera the new dog might hinder that this fall.
I just looove candles!! Maybe you can get some candles where the dog can't reach 😉
