I love
Christmas and it’s my favorite holiday. And when I saw this amazing Christmas Book Blogger Tag on Between My Lines I just knew I had to join the fun. So thank
you Trish for making this awesome Tag.
And if you
love Christmas as much as me, make sure you’ll join the fun and just share on
social media with the #ChristmasBookBloggerTag.

What is
your favorite Christmas Scene in a book?

There are
many Christmas moments in books I’ve loved. But as a major Harry Potter fan I
definitely have to say I love the Christmas Scenes in the Harry Potter books
the most. Christmas always feels magical to me, but especially when you combine
it with Hogwarts and Harry Potter.

Do you
have any Christmas Book traditions?

Not really
to be honest. Although I definitely think I should start a Christmas Book
tradition.  Wouldn’t be fun to have this
book or bookish thing you’ll do every year on Christmas? Sigh.. I’ll have to
think of something.

Do you
prefer to get presents of book vouchers or books?

Especially
on Christmas I love to get books. I do enjoy ebooks and admit they are a lot
easier to take on vacation. But I love the feel and smell (yes, I am a book
sniffer) of a ‘real’ book. And holding a book in my hand really just makes me
feel really happy. So the perfect Christmas gift for me, would definitely be a
book.

Do you give
books as presents?

Yes. As
much as I can. I love to give books to people and tell myself I’m supporting
the written word that way. LOL! Especially when I have to buy gift for coworkers
who just had a baby.. I’m giving them books!

What bookish
item is on your Christmas wishlist?

Well, I’d
love to get some new Harry Potter POPs to add to my collection. I would especially
love to get the Hagrid one, or the Dobby one. Ow.. honestely I want them all. I
don’t think my husband would appreciate that though.

What 3 books
would you love Santa to have in his sack for you?

Only
three? Just kidding. A little. I would love to have ‘Fantastic Beasts and WhereTo Find Them: Illustrated Edition’, ‘Darker’ by E.L. James, and ‘The BritishKnight’ by Louise Bay. That would make for a fun Christmas.

Fake
Christmas tree or real Christmas tree?

That’s an
easy one. A real Christmas tree. I love the smell, and the look of a real
Christmas tree. We had a fake one when I was younger, but I just love the real
ones. And how bigger the better. LOL! We don’t really have a big living room so
this year my husband helped me pick out a tree. Last year I bought one by myself,
and it was way to big.

What’s
your favourite thing about Christmas?

The lights,
the music and just the whole Christmas feel. I just feel like it’s such a cozy
and romantic time. And I love spending Christmas with my husband. Although I
work with the holidays, we always have a great time spending Christmas in the
evenings.

What
Christmas book would you recommend?

Well, I
shared my favorite Christmas book last week. And so I definitely recommend that
one. ‘A Winter’s Tale’ by Carrie Elks. I just loved that book.

What dish
on your Christmas menu are you most looking forward to?

To be
honest, I don’t really know. We don’t really have a ‘special’ Christmas thing
we eat. And well, I love eating and there isn’t really something I don’t like.

When do
you open your Christmas presents?

When we do
Christmas presents, we love to open them on Christmas Eve. Just because it’s
just the two of us then, and we’ve waited long enough. LOL!

What’s
your favourite Christmas Song?

This is a
probably very cliché but I love ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ by Mariah
Carrey. You can hear that one almost everyday this time of year. But I think I love
‘Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas’ the most.  There are many artists that song that song.
But I love the version by Sam Hunt.

Are you dreaming
of a white Christmas?

Yes. I
always dream of a white Christmas. Even if it rarely really happens where I
life. The perfect Christmas is one where there is a lot of snow. Sigh..
