It’s been 10 years since Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) walked
away from the agency that trained him to become a deadly weapon. Hoping to draw
him out of the shadows, CIA director Robert Dewey assigns hacker and
counterinsurgency expert Heather Lee to find him. Lee suspects that former
operative Nicky Parsons is also looking for him. As she begins
tracking the duo, Bourne finds himself back in action battling a sinister
network that utilizes terror and technology to maintain unchecked power.

My Recap:

I have seen every Jason Bourne movie out there, and I
loved them all. So when I saw that there would be a new Jason Bourne movie with
Matt Damon as main character.. I just knew I had to see it.
Although I’m definitely more a romance movie type of
girl, I also love a good action movie and the Jason Bourne movies always were
one of my favorites.
‘Jason Bourne’ is the story of Jason Bourne 10 years
later. Jason left the CIA and is now again being hunted by them. When someone
he used to know suddenly pops up with information about Jason’s past, he is
determined to find out what really happened all those years ago.
I really enjoyed ‘Jason Bourne’. And I especially loved
watching Matt Damon in this role again. A lot is happening in this movie, and
you really need to see the trilogy of the Jason Bourne movies to really get
everything. The story was definitely good, the action scenes where good and
nice to watch and the characters were yet again good. There were some old
characters, but also a view new characters that really made you believe there
will be another movie someday.
Near the end, the movie went on a little too long if you
ask me. There was a very long scene in Vegas, that just didn’t have to be there
and was way too long. I could have easily watched the movie without that scene.
But other than that.. I think they did a good job with this new movie.
