Today I’m excited to share my Review and participate in the Release Blitz of ‘Just Not That Into Billionaires’ by Annika Martin. This is a Contemporary Romance novel, and the sixth book in the standalone Billionaires of Manhattan series. ‘Just Not That Into Billionaires’ is out NOW!
When I saw that eye popping cover of ‘Just Not That Into Billionaires’, it immediately grabbed my attention. Although I haven’t read all the book in this series, and this was supposedly the sixth book, I definitely wanted to read it. And I was really excited when I received an ARC of this book.
In ‘Just Not That Into Billionaires’ we meet Francine. Francine is a dancer who worked all her life to get where she is now. Nothing is stopping her reach her dreams. Except, one thing is standing in her way. Francine finds out she has supposedly been married for the last ten years to Bennie, a guy she worked with in Vegas one summer. The only thing she needs to do now is tell Bennie this funny story, so they can get a divorce and everything will be okay. But unfortunately Bennis isn’t the same guy she met ten years ago. Bennis now is a rising billionaire. And to get what she wants.. Francine will have to pay a price.
‘Just Not That Into Billionaires’ was definitely an interesting read. When I read that book description I couldn’t figure out how someone could be married for ten years without knowing it. And now I finished reading.. I still have doubts this can be something that really happens, but it sure worked for this book.
The two main characters Francine and Bennie are definitely interesting. Francine, a dancer who has been working towards her dancing goal all her life. And Bennie, a brilliant billionaire. These characters where definitely one of a kind. And I truly enjoyed getting to know them and reading their story. I didn’t love Francine as much as I’d hoped to be honest. But it did think Bennie was a great character. I just love how slightly awkward, tough but also sweet he was.
The romance between Francine and Bennie was definitely fun. I enjoyed their interactions, but I didn’t feel their chemistry as much as I’d liked. Francine’s character just wasn’t really my kind of girl. She just seemed a bit selfish at times.
But in the end, this book was definitely funny and romantic enough to keep me hooked.

This sounds just okay based on your review. I need to feel the chemistry between the characters and I also want to “fall in love” with them too as people. The premise sounds really good though and I might check out the other related books.
I’ve definitely enjoyed this read, but it wasn’t as good as I’d wished. I did love the other book by Annika Martin I read though.
