Review ‘The Billionaire Cattle Baron’ by Mandy Magro

When
I first read the book description of ‘The Billionaire Cattle Baron’, I knew
this was a book I wanted to read. When I see A country boy meets a city girl written at the beginning of a book,
I get fascinated. And sometimes I just really need a romance novel, and this
one just sounded perfect. 

In
‘The Billionaire Cattle Baron’ we meet Cowboy Blake Wellstone, and hardworking
city girl Sasha Hepworth. Both are very hardworking, both are single and both are
determined not to give their heart to anyone. But when they meet in the big city
there is an instant connection they both can’t deny. Yes, sparks were flying out
of the book! 

Especially
the beginning of this book I really loved. I loved how we got to know Blake and
Sasha, and how kind both characters were. They were also really different, and
they led very different lives. But it sure was fun to read about how these two
characters got to know each other and how their romance started. 

The
romance between Blake and Sasha was really fun to read. They have a lot of chemistry
and there were definitely some hot scenes between those two. I truly enjoyed
reading about these two. But the romance also felt kind of rushed to be honest.
This book isn’t very long, and I found the story going a little bit too fast.
For two people who have been determined to not fall in love and give their
hearts to another person, they sure do fall in love fast. 

And
another thing I missed in this book, I would have loved to read more about
Blake’s and Sasha’s actual live. We read about how they meet, there romance
etc. But not really about their job or their lives. And I definitely missed
that.

But
overall ‘The Billionaire Cattle Baron’ was a nice romantic read that is perfect
for a summer night.
