was valentine’s day yesterday, I thought it would be appropriate to make this week’s
My Favorite.. subject about a Romantic Moment. And my favorite Romantic Moment
is very easy to remember for me, and I still think about it a lot.

My
Favorite.. Romantic Moment took place last year on May 30th when my
boyfriend and I were in Switzerland on our summer vacation. The weather in May
was very bad, and we had walked true the mountains in rain, and covered in mud.
So for this particular Monday we decided to go to the city of Lucerne, where we
could stay clear of the rain a little better.
Favorite.. Romantic Moment took place last year on May 30th when my
boyfriend and I were in Switzerland on our summer vacation. The weather in May
was very bad, and we had walked true the mountains in rain, and covered in mud.
So for this particular Monday we decided to go to the city of Lucerne, where we

I talked
to my boyfriend a lot about Lucerne. When I was young, me and my family visited
Switzerland a lot and I always remembered there was this beautiful, dark wooden
bridge with colorful red flowers. And there were always many swans surrounding
that bridge. I remember how beautiful and magical I thought that bridge was and
I remembered walking there with my grandfather who passed away when I was
sixteen. So ever since we knew we would go to Switzerland together, I knew I
really wanted to show my boyfriend that bridge.

raining since we arrived in Switzerland, but I remember we walked to the
beautiful ‘Kapelbrücke’ bridge and it was finally dry and the sun was even
shining a little. We walked together on that bridge and I was babbling like
crazy about the beautiful swans and all the memories I had about that bridge,
when my boyfriend suddenly grabbed my hand and started talking about how much
he loved me and how he wanted to be with me for the rest of his life. And
before I realized what was happening he sat down on one knee and proposed to
me. I was completely shocked and of course immediately said yes.
