Manwhore.

one-will keep him from his life’s legacy. They want a settled man to lead the
company? Then that’s exactly what he’ll give them.

Merina Van Heusen will do anything to get her parents’ funky boutique hotel
back-even marry cold-as-ice-but-sexy-as-hell Reese Crane. It’s a simple
business contract-six months of marriage, absolute secrecy, and the Van Heusen

My Review:

I must say I’ve been
loving audiobooks more and more lately. So when I saw ‘The Billionaire
Bachelor’ on Audible, a book I’ve been wanting to read for a while now, I
didn’t hesitate for a second and bought it. And when I finished my previous
audiobook, I started as fast as I could with this one.
In ‘The Billionaire
Bachelor’ we meet Merina Van Heusen. Merina is a hardworking single woman who
would do anything for her parents hotel The Van Heusen. It’s been Merina’s
dream for years to inherit the hotel one day. A lot of Merina’s childhood
memories are about times she spend in the hotel. So when her parents tell her
they sold the hotel to billionaire and man-whore Reese Crane, she is furious.
But there is a way Reese Crane will give the hotel back to Merina. All she has
to do is marry him for six months, and the hotel will be all hers. Desperate,
and broke Merina decides this is the only way to get her families property
back, but when she’s married to Reese she finds out there is so much more to
the sexy billionaire.
I really enjoyed
listening to this audiobook. The story is understandably very predictable, but
I never got bored or didn’t enjoy myself. The two main characters Merina and
Reese are really fun to get to know. From the fighting in the beginning to the
romance and many hot scenes. I loved getting to know them and I felt myself
wanting to keep on listening when it was time to stop.
The best thing about
these two main characters was definitely how passionate they both were about
their work, and how much chemistry they had. I love people who just really want
to do the best they can, and Merina and Reese definitely wanted to make the
best out of their hotels. It was fun to hear how they both achieved that goal.
And the chemistry between them was just amazing. You could almost hear it sizzling
through the words.
The narrator Sasha
Dunbrooke did an amazing job. She had a different voice for every character,
and I would recognize the different characters by them easily. Very impressive.
Marina and Reese really sounded like two different characters. And best of all
you could really hear the emotions the characters felt by listening to the
narrator.

There were a view moments
that I found myself losing interest a little when there was yet another sex
scene, I mean to much is too much. But Sasha Dunbrooke and the romance the
author created between Merina and Reese kept me hooked until the end.
‘The Billionaire
Bachelor’ was definitely an audiobook I enjoyed. And I would love to listen to
the next book in this series, about Reese’s brother Tag. I definitely love to
know more about all Crane brothers.
