‘Unforgettable’ is already the fifth book in the Cloverleigh Farms series and it was the fourth one I read. And let me tell you, what a great series. I love small town stories and stories about big close families (probably because that’s far away from real life for me) and this series has all that. So when I was able to start reading ‘Unforgettable’ I was super excited.

Back then, I had it all. Wicked fastball. Killer instinct. Cocky grin. Full package. (And believe me, I knew how to score.) My senior year, I was a first round draft pick with a two-million-dollar signing bonus. Before I could even legally buy myself a beer, I made my Major League debut. Point is, I was invincible. Until one day I wasn’t. After tanking my career—during the World Series, no less—the last thing I want to do is return to my hometown, where every jerk in a ball cap has an opinion about what went wrong with my arm. So when my sister drags me back to town for her wedding, I vow to get in and out of there as quickly as possible. Then I run into April Sawyer. In high school we were just friends, but I’d always wanted her, and I’d never forgotten her—the red hair, the incredible smile, the crazy, reckless thing we did in the back of my truck the night we said goodbye. It’s been eighteen years, but one look at her and I feel like my old self again. I can still make her laugh, she can still take me down a notch, and when the chemistry between us explodes, it’s even hotter this time around—and I don’t want it to end. But just when I think I’m ready to let go of the past and get back in the game, life throws me a curveball I never saw coming. Don't miss the final book in the Cloverleigh Farms series!

In ‘Unforgettable’ we meet April Sawyer. April is the second oldest Sawyer sister and has lived with a big secret for years now. And this secret has made April one of those people that is hard to get close too. Now April is determined to change things around. She is telling her sisters about her big secret, and she is starting to look for the ‘one’. Soon after April meets the guy who she lost her virginity to all those years ago, Tyler Shaw, a bigtime baseball player. They were always only friends, until that night. And now they meet again.

Throughout each book, we get to read little bits about the other sisters too. And April was always a sister which story I really wanted to know. I don’t know why exactly, but she just always fascinated me. And after reading book I can definitely say, April is one of those girls that I would definitely like to be friends with. She is hardworking, caring and fun. But she has always been to hard on herself, and I loved reading how she slowly found herself back.

This book had a sports element in it with the main character Tyler, and I really enjoyed reading it. Yes, baseball isn’t a big thing here in The Netherlands. But I got all excited about it through this book. And Tyler’s character was definitely fun too. Yes, he is a bit arrogant and since I’m not really into sports myself, I don’t really get him that much.. but I still loved his character.

And don’t even get me started about the chemistry between Tyler and April. It was there from the moment they met again after all these years, and it only got more intense. I loved how they where above all friends. They where so comfortable with each other. Definitely something to be jealous about! Sigh..

And the best part about this book was definitely that there was more than only romance. I enjoyed the friendship, sports, adoption parts really much too.

Yes, this book was another fun one and I can’t believe it’s already the final book in the series. I only still have to read the second book, and it’s waiting patiently for me on my kindle. I’ll go start that one soon.
