Today I’m super excited to share with you Maureen’s Books Book Club pick for the month of August. As a reader I’ve always wanted to join a Book Club myself, but since I live in the Netherlands and only read in English I have never been able to find a Book Club that worked for me. Over the years I’ve been thinking about starting my own Book Club, but it just never happened. But now it does! I hope you guys join me. Let’s see what this month’s pick is…
- Once a month I’ll pick a book. Every month I will share a post with the book we will be reading that next month, including buy links. Important: you’ll have to get the book yourself (at least for now)! You can pick the book format yourself. For example on July 27th I will share the sign up post and the book we will be reading in August.
- If you want to join the Book Club, you can also join the FB page where we can all talk about this book. I’ll post some questions for you guys throughout the month. It’s just supposed to be a place where we can share our thoughts about this book. Obviously, it’s not mandatory to join the FB page. You can just share your thoughts in an email to me or in the comments of the sign up page.
- Mostly Maureen’s Books Book Club picks will be Contemporary Romance novels. But maybe we’ll expand to some other genres. I’m open to suggestions. ?
- You guys will also be able to vote for next months book picks on the FB page.

This is one I would actually like to read. I haven’t read this author yet. But I won’t know if I can do it this month until after this week. I’m really loaded up at the moment.
