Good Time Cowboy by Maisey Yates

I’ve read several books written by Maisey Yates over the years. And I just love her writing. So after I read book four ‘A Tall, Dark Cowboy Christmas’ in the Gold Valley Series a view weeks ago, I knew I wanted to read more books in this series. When I saw ‘Good Time Cowboy’ on ...KEEP READING »

If you visit my blog regularly you’ll have noticed that I love a good Cowboy story. So if there’s a Cowboy on the cover of a book it grabs my attention. So when I saw ‘Outlaw’s Honor’ I was immediately interested. It took me a while to get to this book though.. but since I’m cleaning out my Netgalley list, I was finally able to start reading.

The two main characters in this book where Darby and Mariah. And these characters definitely were fascinating and I found myself wanting to keep reading to find out everything I could about them. The writing in ‘Outlaw’s Honor’ was very descriptive and a little hard to read for me. It just didn’t read easy and I had to work to keep my mind with the book. There were also several different stories going on in this book and I felt like these stories where ‘to’ much for one book. Especially since I still feel like there are a lot of loose ends after reading this book.

Overall, this was not the book for me. Read More
