Due to our baby boy being born in the upcoming weeks, I’ve temporarily taken a little break from the Book Club. After our baby boy is born and things are back to ‘normal’, I’ll be back with Maureen’s Books Book Club.
In August 2020 Maureen’s Books Book Club started. As a reader I’ve always wanted to join a Book Club myself, but since I live in the Netherlands and only read in English I have never been able to find a Book Club that worked for me. Over the years I’ve been thinking about starting my own Book Club, but it just never happened. But now it does! And I hope you guys join me.
- Once a month I’ll pick a book. Every month I will share a post with the book we will be reading that next month, including buy links. Important: you’ll have to get the book yourself (at least for now)! You can pick the book format yourself. For example on July 27th I will share the sign up post and the book we will be reading in August.
- If you want to join the Book Club, you can also join the FB page where we can all talk about this book. I’ll post some questions for you guys throughout the month. It’s just supposed to be a place where we can share our thoughts about this book. Obviously, it’s not mandatory to join the FB page. You can just share your thoughts in an email to me or in the comments of the sign up page.
- Mostly Maureen’s Books Book Club picks will be Contemporary Romance novels. But maybe we’ll expand to some other genres. I’m open to suggestions. ?
- You guys will also be able to vote for next month’s book picks on the FB page.
