Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
This week’s Top Ten Tuesday topic:
So I definitely had to join today’s Top Ten Tuesday. Why you ask? Well, today we get to choose a previous topic that you missed or would like to re-do/update. Since I’m still pretty new at joining TTT, there are so many topics I’d like to do. But the first one that grabbed my eye was: The ten most recent additions to my bookshelf. So I’m sharing these today.
1. Red, White & Royal Blu by Casey McQuiston:
I have read about this book for a while now. It was one of those books I really wanted to read myself, but just didn’t get too. But when I was at the Waterstones in Amsterdam a few weeks ago, I saw this gorgeous looking edition and just had to have it. So now it’s on my TBR cart and I can’t wait to read it soon.
2. As Long as the Lemon Trees Grow by Zoulfa Katouh
This was one of those books I noticed just because of it’s gorgeous looking cover. But it isn’t necessarily a book I’d normally read. But when I was at a book event a few weeks back and the author Zoulfa Katouh was there for a signing, I knew I wanted to own a copy of this book myself. So now I have it, signed and all and honesty.. I can’t wait to read it myself. Even more after having met the author and learning how nice she is.
3. See You Yesterday by Rachel Lynn Solomon
At the same event as I met the previous author, I also met Rachel Lynn Solomon. And although I haven’t yet read a book by her, she is one of those authors I’ve been wanting to read for a while. Even more now I’ve met her, and learned that she has been living here in the Netherlands.
4 & 5. Here With Me and Always You by Samantha Young
I’m a huge fan of Samantha Young, and I’ve read almost all of her books. These two books are from her Adair family series and I absolutly adored that series. So much so that I really wanted to own this series in paperback as well. This is book one and three in the series, but you can read them as standalones, and I plan on getting them all.
6. King of Wrath by Ana Huang
This is also a book I already read on my kindle. But I saw this paperback, and since I loved the book I just had to take it with me. This book is part of a series and I can’t wait to read more books.
7 & 8. Terms and Conditions and Final Offer by Lauren Asher
After reading and loving the first book in this series The Fine Print, I knew I wanted to read all the books in this series. So when I saw them in the bookstore a few weeks back, I simple couldn’t resist.
9. Daisy Jones & The Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid
This book has been on my TBR for a while now. But I somehow forgot about it. But ever since seeing there has been a TV-series made about this book, and having read many more raving reviews I knew I had to get my hands on this one. So I bought myself the paperback a few weeks back and hope to start this one soon. Hopefully I can watch the TV-series soon after because hello..Sam Claflin!!
10. These Violent Delights by Chloe Gong
When I was in London in December I saw these beautiful editions of These Violent Delights, but since I had to get back by plane and wasn’t sure if this book was for me, I didn’t buy it. But I kept seeing this book everywhere and I’m just really intriqued by the description. So a I got myself a copy a little while back and hope to read it soon. Don’t you just love that cover?
What is the lastest book you added to your bookshelf?

Daisy and the Six! I enjoyed Red White and Blue.
I can’t wait to read these both 😀
OOoh nice topic choice! And picks! Pretty much 9 are new to me ones! I have Gong’s book on my TBR that I got from Owl Crate or Fairy Loot…so hopefully one day I will get around to reading that one! Hope you enjoy all of these once you get to read them!
Here’s my Tuesday post
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower 🙂
Thank you. And how awesome that you have the Gong book as well. I bet it looks gorgeous 😉
I can honestly say that I don’t have 10 latest additions to my TBR! I haven’t bought books this whole year. It’s just been too busy. I miss it of course…
I’ve read (and own) a copy of Daisy Jones, yes – it’s worth the hype.
As long as Lemon Trees grow will catch my attention as well! Hope you get to read it soon and tell us a bit more.
Happy TTT!

I’m so excited to read Daisy Jones. And how good for you that you didn’t get new books.. Although I love getting knew books I really should buy less. LOL!
I need to read Daisy Jones too. I hope you enjoy all these!
I’m so excited to read it!
I haven’t bought books in so long! The library gives me my book fix, and I only buy books on a special occasion. This is such a fun topic!

Thank you Lydia.
King of Wrath is a book I just added to my TBR a couple weeks ago. It’s good to know you loved it that much. I adored Daisy Jones and The Six. I listened to it and it was well worth it. My friend thought it was slow to get into reading it, but I didn’t have that experience. I’m excited to watch the show soon.
I’m so glad to hear you loved Daisy Jones. I’m even more excited to read it after reading all these lovely messages about that one.
What an interesting mix of genres. I’ve only read a couple, and the last one These Violent Delights is also on my TBR. Have a terrific week.

Thanks Terrie.
These Violent Delights has an amazing cover for sure.
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday.
It’s definitely a gorgeous looking cover.
See You Yesterday is a book I haven’t heard about it and it looks good. I might have to add that to my TBR!
My TTT where I talk about popular books I haven’t read yet.
Thanks Erica. I read the description and I just knew this was a book I wanted to read myself.
The last new book I bought myself was Arsenic and Adobo, but I did manage to get a bunch of Agatha Christie and Ian Fleming books a month ago from the thrift store. Which reminds me, I need to do a haul post about them.

Thank you Jo
I downloaded The Fine Print on KU last week. I hope to get to it soon!
I’m excited to read your thoughts about that one. 🙂
I am going to try to read Daisy Jones and the Six. I tried listening to it, but there were way too many characters and I couldn’t keep track. Enjoy all of your new additions, Maureen
That definitely sounds like a read that’s better to read than to listen too. But I’m not a big audiobook lover myself. I hope you’ll love it. 😉
I just love this post here! I love that series by Samantha Young, I do want to own those in print too because I loved them so much!
She is the best. Definitely one of my favorite authors.
