Rowan
I'm in the business of creating fairy tales. Theme parks. Production companies. Five-star hotels. Everything could be all mine if I renovated Dreamland. My initial idea of hiring Zahra was good in theory, but then I kissed her. Things spiraled out of control once I texted her using an alias. By the time I realized where I went wrong, it was too late. People like me don't get happy endings. Not when we're destined to ruin them.
Zahra
After submitting a drunk proposal criticizing Dreamland's most expensive ride, I should have been fired. Instead, Rowan Kane offered me a dream job. The catch? I had to work for the most difficult boss I'd ever met.Rowan was rude and completely off-limits, but my heart didn't care. At least not until I discovered his secret. It was time to teach the billionaire that money couldn't fix everything. Especially not us.
The Fine Print is the first book in a series of interconnected standalones following three billionaire brothers.

Ever since ‘The Fine Print’ came out in 2021, I’ve wanted to read this book myself. So a little while ago I got myself the paperback and put it on my TBR case. Since I have been reading more of my TBR books, I finally got time to start reading ‘The Fine Print’ and I was so excited.

In ‘The Fine Print’ we read about Zahra and Rowan. Zahra has been working at Dreamland for a long time, just as her family. But there is so much more she can do there than she is currently doing. But applying for a promotion scares the hell out of her. And after a drunken night, she finds herself submitting her proposal. Unexpectedly, a few days later, Rowan offers her the job of her dreams. And now she is determined to make the best of it.

Rowan is a billionaire and one of the grandsons of the creature of Dreamland. He is arrogant, used to getting what he wants and known for his harshness. He doesn’t get close to people, and especially not to some smiling kind and cheerful young woman. But from the moment Zahra steps into Rowan’s world, he can’t seem to stay away from her. But he definitely should!

‘The Fine Print’ was a very entertaining read I enjoyed right from the start. The two main characters Zahra and Rowan couldn’t be more different. But yet, from the moment they met there is something between them. They both want to ignore it though. Zahra because Rowan is a very handsome, but also rude and unkind guy. And Rowan, because all he wants is to get what he worked for all these years and to be left alone. I enjoyed reading how these two couldn’t stay away from each other, even though they wanted to.

The chemistry between Zahra and Rowan was definitely enjoyable. I could feel it through these pages easily. And I loved getting to know them and I was rooting for them from the start. I especially loved how easily Zahra seemed to enchant Rowan. And she had no clue. It was cute and definitely made me fall in love with them.

The setting of Dreamland was very original and I loved it. It totally felt like Dreamland was based on Disneyland, and since I loved Disneyland, the setting was immediately a hit for me. I devoured these pages and found myself browsing the internet for book two right away. I definitely hope to read that one soon as well.
