So I thought I would not participate in this weeks Sunday Post. But when I finally had time to sit down I thought.. why not? Better late than never, and I can use some bookish friends at the moment.
This week has been a bit hard to be honest. Something happened at work, and it freaked me out more than I’d like to admit. And above all it brought some things to the service that I have tried to forget for many years. Well.. I guess you can’t hide forever. But is has been rough, and I feel anxious and sad. Mostly frustrated though.. because I really don’t like being the one that cries or might need some help. I guess that’s the downfall of being a nurse, taking care of ourselves is not one of our strong suits most of the time. I’m trying to find some distractions in reading, and blogging.
Our renovations are finally almost done. Tomorrow they are supposed to finish things up, and we have started cleaning everything slowly. I can’t wait to show you guys some photos soon.
I hope you guys are doing well. I’m glad I’m part of the bookish community. (L)

I hope everything is okay. That’s exciting to have renovations almost done! I’m getting my bathroom redone next week, and I’m nervous as I’ve not really ever had anything big like that done and I only have one bathroom! I really want to read Roxie Noir, but haven’t yet. Hope you have a better week and thank you for visiting my blog earlier!
I’m so sorry about whatever happened at work, and that it triggered some things for you, Maureen. I hope it’s something that can be resolved.
