My name is Maureen, and I’m an addict! I was doing so good.. but this week I’ve been on a Netgalley-requesting spree. And I got approved on a lot of books which is super exciting but also very bad for an addict like me. *Sigh..* But let’s be honest.. it makes me super happy!! But now I definitely need to stay away from Netgalley for a while.

This week the cold that was trying to come out for a week, finally came through. So I’ve been sneezing and coughing a lot, and my voice in the morning is definitely kind of scary. So instead of going away every day, I tried to stay in. Thankfully our baby girl seems to stay clear of the cold, which I’m happy about.

Wednesday it was Halloween of course, and although it isn’t celebrated here a lot we had lots of fun dressing up our baby girl in her first Halloween costume. Doesn’t she look cute? I think she already has found out that her mom and dad are a little weird. LOL!!

Our date last Saturday was a success by the way. We had drinks and snacks and we did some shopping. It was definitely fun! And baby girl did very good with grandpa and grandma.

I hope you all had a great week and had fun celebrating Halloween!
